When it was time to close the sale, Dali stepped in and was a true professional. He made the financial wrap-up efficient and ensured the vehicle was perfectly detailed and fueled up before handing over the keys. Alen and Dali both made this a zero-stress, easy, purchase! Thank you Crown Honda for the amazing experience!

Another review had the same thing happen to them a month ago: They deliberately unscrewed several of the tire wheel lug bolts (a couple were missing) so that you would come back the next day after an oil change here thinking there was something wrong with the car and they quoted $2700 to fix it. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle before the oil change. As we left from the oil change, not too far away, the car felt a little wobbly like the tires were going to come off. It was kind of very scary, we had to pull over almost got into a car accident. We went to get a second quote elsewhere the auto body place at the second quote noted that there would be no reason for the lug bolts to be this loose & even couple missing and they asked us where we had our last car service and we told them it was at Crown Honda for oil change. Which they confirm Crown has shady business practices to gauge money out of their customers. This really confirms this place is an extremely shady place. The trauma thinking something was severely wrong with the vehicle. We were very scared. We will never be bringing a vehicle there ever again OR to any Crown owned dealership. We will never bring them to a CROWN dealership ever again. Once we got the lug bolts tightened at the 2nd auto-body place where we got the second quote there has been no issues with the car so this proves that Crown Honda is extremely a very shady place. All the car needed was lug bolts tightened, and a couple new ones put on because there were two randomly missing after we left for an oil change at this very shady Crown dealership. The second place only charged us for the two lug bolts that were missing. Not $2700. BEWARE. SCAM ARTISTS WORK HERE.

One had bought 10 cars from them, another had bought 3. Repeat customers are the surest sign that the company treats its customers well! We bought a beautiful old BMW convertible and it is a great pleasure to drive. We chose the hard-top convertible so we could drive w the top down when we're cruising up or down Gulf Blvd in the barrier islands. They were giving the car its final detailing & discovered the front brakes were worn and a tire had a nail in it near the rim where it can't be repaired. They installed new front brakes & new tires before they'd release the car to us. We had already paid for it, yet they didn't charge us extra for these fixes. That's commitment to their stated business principles!! We'll definitely be back. They say what they mean, and mean what they say. Straight dealing. How refreshing!! Nice folks, too, a pleasure to work with!

We traded our vehicle with one from Genuine Motorcars. Their ad indicated that their vehicle was…read more"certified" and in excellent condition. We dealt with the owner, Jim DiGuiseppe, who also assured us that their vehicle was inspected and there were absolutely no issues with it! Being out of state, we purchased their vehicle based their assurances - a big mistake! Before shipping our trade vehicle to them, we had it detailed, filled the gas tank, and included all the receipts and documents with our car. However, they didn't even put enough fuel in their car so we could drive it to a gas station after picking it up! On the way to get fuel, the car died due to lack of fuel, stranding us! The owner told us that he had a buyer for our car and we agreed to the trade at over $40,000 loss. Upon receiving our vehicle, it was listed on the dealer's site for sale at $10,000 over what was given to us in trade! A total misrepresentation! Regardless, we hope that they'll be able to profit from selling our vehicle. We immediately noticed many issues with the vehicle: altered and inoperative speedometer, missing keys, missing the wind deflector and missing battery charger. Old engine oil, broken dipstick neck, clogged air filters, bald tires, damaged wheels, severe shakes, numerous rattles, and etc. We brought all these to the owner's (Jim DiGuiseppe) attention immediately. He promised that he would look for the missing keys, but he never provided them! Later, he refused to accept any responsibility claiming that he sold the car "AS IS"! He also accused us with trying to coerce him to compensate us in exchange for a good review! All we asked him was if he would cover some of the unexpected and hidden repairs so we wouldn't include them in this review. Photos of the speedometer and the tire attached. So far we have spent over $4,300 and anticipate to spend another almost $16,000, totaling over $20,000 on the car that the dealership and the owner, Jim DiGuiseppe, claimed to be certified and in perfect condition! We are planning to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Dealer Services. No dealership should be able to sell a vehicle with dangerous and unsafe tires and altered speedometer, among other issues! These are what we have spent so far on their supposedly perfect vehicle! - Replacing the missing keys; $ $1,752. - Repairing 3 wheels; $ 420. - Balancing the wheels $88. - Tires; $757. - Alignment $250. - Oil/filter change: $550. - Air filters: $200. - Missing battery Charger, $210. - Battery connector cable: $94. - Dipstick neck: $18. Ongoing anticipated repairs and replacements: - Wind deflector: $8,083. - Instrument cluster:$6,720, plus $975 labor. - Checking and correcting door rattles by removing door panels: $800 to $1,200. - Other possible issues... To the future buyers from Genuine Motorcars, do not take their words and their ads about the condition of their vehicles! UPDATE: The dealer responded that the car was inspected and not an "AS IS" vehicle!, coming with engine and drive train warranty. We had no problem with drivetrain or engine. If the car was actually inspected, how could they have possibly missed the bald tires and stuck speedometer? We immediately sent the photos of the above to the dealer, but Jim DiGuiseppe's response was that the car was sold "AS IS" and refused to accept any liabilities! Why would anyone replace good tires and clean engine oil, or repair good wheels, cause rattles, and replace clean air filters? If he actually paid for inspection, he should demand a refund. We have receipts for all these and other repairs and replacements. Please see the photos we sent him right after the purchase showing a bald tire and the speedometer stuck on 60 mph when the car is parked! We have purchase many vehicles from out of state. However, we never had any issues with any of them except with our last purchase from this dealership, Genuine Motorcars and the dishonest owner/manager Jim DiGuiseppe. They clearly sold us a LEMON for over $116,000!

I was in the market for a so I decided to explore Crown Hyundai's inventory on their web site. On…read morethe web site, you will find offers for low-cost lease deals a 2025 Kona for $3999 down at $249 / month. I clicked a button that showed eligible vehicles, and I chose one. I never fully expected the dealer to match that price, but I thought it wouldn't be that far off. The salesperson explained that well that doesn't include fees, and taxes etc. Your actual lease price will be $366 / month. I took pause with that but against my better judgement I decided to come in. Actual tax per month was $23.91 when the deal closed, so don't believe what they tell you. This dealership still has a lot of printed paperwork, but the important stuff is done on a tablet. The finance manager tended to avoid talking to my wife about the transaction and addressed "the man of the house" instead until she explained to him that she made the money in the house. I told him I didn't want any extra services on the car up front. He kept using saying such as "everything is fine" or "this is all normal". He would ask you for your birthday and then say something like hey that's my "insert family member here's" birthday. They use a tablet for a lot of signatures. When you sign something, the signature takes up the entire screen and you can't see what you are actually signing. Several times, he opened the signature screen but didn't show me the text of what I was agreeing to. That is quite shady. I figured out how to cancel out of the signature screen and see what I was signing. Unfortunately, I missed something somewhere and it cost me. Most car dealers present you a list of choices of which extra contracts you want in a good, better, best format. I said I didn't want any of them. Note, there is no option on the screen to not choose one. I think this is somehow where they got a service contact in on me. At one point I happened to see "TRITON" Vehicle Services Contract on his computer screen, but I don't ever remember seeing where it was on the tablet. He said something to the effect of "That's in all our deals. It's perfectly normal." Your price is still the same I quoted you. That's true. However, had I noticed it, my price would have been easily $20 - $30 less per month. The next morning, I had an uneasy feeling because I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I pulled out the paperwork from the car and there it was "TRITON" Vehicle Services Contract for a cost of $1,124. I can't even tell you what that contract gets me, but I assure you, that you don't need it on a three-year lease. I immediately text the salesperson a picture of it and I heard nothing back. The next day, someone from the dealer was doing a regular "Is all going well with your car?" type call. I explained how I was dissatisfied with how the finance manager acted and I am trying to figure out if the finance manager acted this way on his own or it was just a regular practice at Crown Cars to try and sneak in vehicle services contracts. She acted mortified and insisted they didn't operate that way. She said she would reach out to her General Manager, and he would give me a call. I have never heard from him. Later I got a call from the Finance Manager himself. He said I could come back up and he would print a new agreement up without TRITON, but it would be the same price. We went around in circles for a few minutes with him trying to assure me this is normal, and it would be the same price either way. For a minute, he had me half convinced and I was going to read through the number of the contract, so I just gave up talking to him since he was not budging. Not liking where this ended up, I reached out to Hyundai Consumer Affairs. I know that this issue was with the dealer themselves, but I wanted them to know what has happened at this dealer so maybe it won't happen to someone else. She took my information and reached out to the regional manager. I heard back from Hyundai a day or so later that the regional manager has had this complaint before about this dealer. She also said the General Manager would be reaching out to me. Again, I never heard from him. During the deal, the finance manager kept saying things like "I don't work on commission. I'm on salary." I kept calling him out on it. Finally, at the end, he admitted "well I do get bonuses". Exactly. On a $1,124 service contract, his bonus was probably about $225. I hope it was worth it. Crown, is this $1,124 really worth it to you? It's time to decide. Crown Hyundai, I'll be happy to update this review and tell everyone how great and ethical your car dealership is when you make this right. I will leave it up to you to make your own conclusions as to whether this is just a finance manager that's good at selling or if it's a company policy on trying to push service contracts onto people. Either way now you know what to expect when walking into the dealer this week.

This dealership intentionally uses knowingly false advertising to bait people into the showroom and…read morerefuses to honor advertised pricing. Clearly posted as manager's special clearance price and then they refuse to honor it. Sales Manager Casey boasted how the deceptive advertising gets bunches of people into the dealership and states he is not required to state on the advertising that the price is actually for a one payment lease. After I told him I was filing a complaint, he stated to go ahead as he is not required to say it was a lease but quickly added "one payment lease" to the advertising by the next day even though it drove people in and he wasn't required to state it was a lease. Avoid or be very cautious when dealing with this business they use unethical business practices and are the epitome of the sleazy car dealer stereotype.
