Do not take the bonuses, go in prepared with the Kelly Blue Book prices on the one you want to purchase and the one you are trading in. If they don't come down, walk... I I was told by the concierge and salesperson they were offering 0% interest. Sales manager and finance guy slipped in 6.25% neither explained the terms of the contract, just sign, sign, sign. Traded a 2023 KIA Sorento 5300 miles they gave me $26,050 Kelly Blue Book $30,240 Purchased 2025 Telluride $49630, Kelly Blue Book $41763 Extended service contract quoted $3184 he failed to mention the additional $222 in tax. Anything paid on a credit card they add 3%. They listed my trade in as Kelley Blue Book as $31580, then best price $30916 saying you are getting a $664 savings. NOT When I complained they offered to give me the 0% but then GM said the price of the vehicle would be more sales manager in background said 48,000+. I paid it off. My family has purchased 10 vehicles from Crown and haven't had an issue like this. Not worth the aggravation. I won't go back. read more

We were forced to sign for the vehicle before even seeing the repair they said " we have other people interested" justin said the work wasn't done right he agreed it was poor quality and offered to unwind the deal. Anthony and Shawna helped me 2/18/26 with service of my Kia.I received my car with my things in places they weren't previously and the settings reset through my dashboard. I asked Anthony to text me with updates and instead he texted me asking to call me, had me circling on the phone for over an hour and then still didn't tell me the full issues with my car. When I asked him why when I got to the dealership, he told me he tried to tell me over text when I have the proof? It's so weird, they'd rather lie than admit fault which doesn't make any sense. Why would I trust him with my vehicle when he can't even follow communication standards HE asked for? They've also called me three times since asking to schedule an oil change I received 2/18/26. I parked at service trying to take my house key off of my car key and Shawna greeted me by name and then continued to tell me three times to leave the keys in my vehicle despite my response that I need my house key. Anthony asked me how I'd like to be contacted and I asked him to text me with updates on my car. Instead he texted me half the information, asked for a phone call, and then didn't respond when I called on and off for 30 minutes where only Michael is able to transfer my call or take a message. Anthony then texted me a second time asking me to call him because he has an update he didn't know how to text (spoiler: it's that my requested part could be ready in the morning). I had to come into the dealership to hear this information because he was too busy telling me how hard he tried to call on the phone. Again, I've received no incoming calls from the dealership. When I came into the dealership he kept repeating that he tried to call me and trying to explain what more services he could add on but why would I trust him with my vehicle when he can't even follow communication standards HE asked for? Anthony then slow coasted my payment process while making condescending remarks about how I couldn't wait for the part and how it could be ready tomorrow morning but if he had just followed the guidelines, maybe I would've said yes and spent the extra money read more
