I went back again today to follow up, only to find out that nothing had been done. The order had not been placed or shipped as I was told. Now, once again, I have been promised that my wedding bands will be here by Tuesday. At this point, after being given incorrect information multiple times and receiving no calls or follow-up, I unfortunately have no reason to trust what I am being told. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that I am leaving Wednesday to get married in Italy. These are our WEDDING BANDS. This is not an ordinary purchase that can simply arrive whenever it arrives. They knew exactly what these rings were for and the importance of having them before our wedding. Mistakes can happen, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of responsibility, communication, urgency, and honesty. It has been nearly eight weeks since we paid for our order in full, and instead of someone taking ownership of the situation, I have had to repeatedly go to the store myself looking for answers--only to be given another promise that isn't kept.
