On the ride home I noticed a noise under my car…read more The next day my tire was leaking air and eventually went completely flat and I couldn't air it up as the valve stem was leaking. I was left in a gas station parking lot to change my tire and put on the spare. The next day I went to the dealership and had them check the tire and figure out what was making the noise. They told me the valve stem was leaking and that 9 pins that hold up the engine splash guard were missing. The only time that splash guard has been removed was at this location. I spoke to Valvoline customer care and they assured me they would make it right and would talk to the manager of the location to see what could be done. I get a call a few hours later and it is Valvoline customer care and the manager of the location. She claimed they did everything right and they weren't going to reimburse me the $140 to get the valve stem fixed and the 9 missing pins replaced. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Manifolds can be frustrating to say the least. Turns out it wasn't the easiest job due to frozen bolts. Still the bill was very reasonable. And the service was more than wonderful. At Christian Brothers, I went for a routine oil change and they completed an in-depth inspection to let me know about my vehicle's health. They didn't pressure me into any services, it was such a breath of fresh air! Their lobby is extremely clean and welcoming, with snacks and drinks available while you wait. They also offer a courtesy shuttle if you don't want to wait. When I arrived asked for an oil change and new wiper blades. When they took the old blades off they cranked it so far back that they bent it (also chipped paint on my hood) after 45 minutes of them trying to bend it back and work properly, they gave up and said it was broken like that before I got there! My e mail to the company was met with coupons for future oil changes (not gonna happen) in the end I took my car to an actual mechanic who was able to fix what they messed up but I had to pay out of my own pocket for the repair!
