Without hesitation, the employees and the owner rushed over, moved the cones, and guided me into the oil change center. They quickly diagnosed the problem: my coolant line had completely broken, and all of my antifreeze had leaked out. Instead, the owner went above and beyond--personally driving to Napa twice and even trying the Dodge dealership to find the right part. He was upfront about the price (around $200) and even apologized for the cost, though it was completely out of his control. His care reminded me of how my dad or grandpa would have looked after me--genuine, protective, and trustworthy. Because of his quick action, my engine was saved from what could have been devastating damage. He got me back on the road with a very reasonable bill, and I left feeling both relieved and grateful.
