I went in for what should have been a simple oil change and battery replacement. Instead, I ended up having to spend $1,300 to repair my vehicle after my visit. After the new battery was installed, my dashboard displayed "Battery Saver Active." I immediately asked the employee about it because I was concerned. He told me it was normal and that the message would go away. Looking back, I feel like my concerns were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. It left me feeling as though I was being told anything because I'm a woman and wasn't expected to know much about cars. Not long afterward, while I was driving my grandmother to her chemotherapy appointment, my car suddenly shut off in the middle of the road. It would not restart, leaving us stranded during a very important medical trip. When I called the store to explain what had happened, the manager told me to bring the car back to them--as if he hadn't just heard me explain that the car had completely shut down and would not start. That response was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed or the customer service I received. What should have been routine maintenance turned into an expensive and stressful ordeal. I cannot recommend this business.

They never called me back so I took my car to another mechanic who told me that my gaskets were fine, and the oil was leaking from the filter. Just take your car somewhere else.

Pretty amazing since I had the tires checked not too long ago and the brakes completely done just eight months back. The tech here said they definitely missed it before as it's been like that for a while. So he's fixed the wheel studs, rotated the tires and replaced the rotors (with a credit under warranty for the brake pads!). Yes, that's $225 I didn't really want to spend today. But brakes are super important so we're getting it done and this time, doing it properly. Now there's no squeaking and there's no shaking. My car stops properly!
