Travis took his 2005 Chevy Silverado to Snappy's on September 3rd, 2025 for a front-end alignment. Before bringing it in, he had already replaced both control arms, inner and outer tie rods, lower ball joints, the pitman arm, idler arm, and the gear box himself. He had also just installed two brand‑new tires -- nearly $800 worth -- right before the alignment. The truck only had a slight pull to the left, and he wanted a professional alignment to finish the job. Snappy's inspected the truck, agreed it was fine to align, and documented that everything was within spec afterward. If the truck truly had the severe issues they later claimed, they should never have performed the alignment in the first place -- but they did, took his money, and said everything looked good. Around Thanksgiving, Travis called Snappy's to report that the pull was still there and that the brand‑new tires were already wearing unevenly. They told him to come in on a day he wasn't available. January was the first chance he had to stop in. When he went in in person in January, the GM told him he'd talk to the owners about the situation and get back to him. He never heard anything after that. During that January visit, Snappy's also gave him a completely different story from what they told him in September. Suddenly they claimed the lift kit was unstable, bolts were falling out, the front axle was "almost falling out of the differential," and that the pitman arm, idler arm, and tie rods were worn -- even tho ugh all of those parts were brand new when they aligned it the first time. Their new explanation completely contradicted their original report. Then they tried to sell him over $2,300 in repairs, including replacing the exact same parts he had already replaced before the first alignment -- the same parts they said were fine when they took his money in September. Meanwhile, the two tires he had just bought -- again, almost $800 -- were now nearly bald on the inside edges because the alignment was never corrected under warranty. Snappy's gave him two completely different diagnoses months apart, refused to honor their warranty, didn't follow through on what the GM promised, and tried to upsell him on repairs he didn't need. He paid for an alignment that didn't fix the issue, ended up with ruined tires, and got no accountability from the shop. Based on everything he went through, I wouldn't recommend Snappy's to anyone.

The mechanics are honest and straightforward with fair prices. Ron will never try to sell you something that you don't need, and many times will fix something at a much, much lower cost than anyone else. I highly recommend Radnor Repair.

I Radnor online by searching and called to have my wife's brakes replaced since I had gone elsewhere for warranty work on her car and that business claimed the pads and rotors needed replaced. I got a call back after dropping it off at Radnor saying the brakes had 50% wear and were just fine. The other guys said the same thing about my truck brakes and I took it to Radnor for tires and brakes which they claimed had 50% left. The other guys claimed it had 3% left on the pads. The thing I like is these guys seem honest about what is needed.

After explaining the situation over the phone, Jim said he was able to get me in right away, so I could get back on the road ASAP. I brought my car in because I had a dangerous bubble on my sidewall, known to make a car unsafe to drive.  Instead of ensuring my safety, the technician refused to sell or install just one tire, citing a "policy" that they cannot replace single tires. This is absurd. They are forcing customers to buy 4 tires, holding our safety hostage over a few extra bucks. As it ended, I was able to go to a reputable, caring for customer safety, business up the road and found that two tires had the issue. Zero was not an option.

You get stuck in a loop of "hopefully today" promises that always turn into tomorrow. They even called me to pick up my car once, but when I showed up 3 hours later, there was something else broken and couldn't give it to me. To make matters worse, they have left grease all over the steering wheel and driver seat after simple oil change. After years of loyalty, I'm done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
