I love getting my oil changed here. They don't try to upsell you or make you change your air filters. You're in and out super quick. I've never had to wait more than like 2 minutes to get in and once you're in, it takes like 10 minutes max. Literally the best oil change experience ever. It's drive thru so you don't have to get out of your car. Every single employee was friendly and smiling. I waited maybe 5 minutes before it was my turn. There was no line. They had ac unit that point In the car window so it's not hot. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and unlike other places, they told me my air filter was good. lol The whole ordeal took maybe 15 minutes max. this place is my new go to. they were super friendly. i love how they showed you what they were doing and what your oil looks like afterwards showing it's done a whole team that gets it done fast less then 10 mins they say 15 mins double checking to make sure everything is tightened. pricing is amazing for the package you get. they give you a free air freshener at the end. definitely recommend. read more

Really impressed with the team here & the customer service. Major improvement from prior visits & this one solidified why I opted to return. I'm sure the holiday weekend had something to do with it but for a Saturday afternoon- 0 wait! Was able to immediately pull into the bay. My vehicle's maintenance light came on & said there was only 4% oil life. Come to find out, one of the techs check my sticker & realize I'm not even halfway to the 3K mile mark since my last change (I rarely drive anymore so it didn't even occur to me to check the sticker against my odometer- oops). Advised me that the gauge wasn't reset after the last change. They probably thought I'd blame them since they did the change last round, but I actually figured it was my vehicle's electronics malfunctioning again since I also have a faulty sensor telling me my tire pressure is constantly low when it really isn't. Even though I did not need an oil change, the team of techs this afternoon went above & beyond to do a full courtesy check for me. Washed the windshield, topped fluids off, checked all the lights & tires. ...thank goodness because they found 2 of my tires extremely compromised. I'd likely not have noticed that at all until it was too late & caused a major problem! While they aren't a tire shop, they gave me a referral to another locally owned entity saying other customers have saved significantly by using them. Less than 10 minutes, and not charged at all. I'm very grateful, very impressed & definitely recommend. If you are getting a full service oil change it still takes less than 30 minutes, not even having to exit your vehicle. They're fantastic, caring & hands down some of the best when it comes to customer service. Please consider leaving a tip, too. I was impressed with how Oil Buddy was run! My truck needed an oil change before we head out for the weekend. The kar shop recommended to go here since they had no more appts available for the day! I called at around 745am to try and make an appointment, they opened at 8! I was told they don't take appointments and its a first come serve place. Im assuming he is the owner (sorry, im terrible with names) said but if you can come now there's only two cars here, waiting. Got there and I was greeted with hello and a did you just call? I sure did! Waited 15 mins to get in. Was in and out in less than 1 hr including the 15 min wait. Didn't try to sell me the more expensive oil, he looked up what oil my truck can take and gave me both options. He cleaned my air filter and recommended we changed it next service. Included in the service was checking all my lights and i was told that one of my reverse lights was out! I would have never known. Five stars for the staff and the service given. I highly recommend this shop if all your car need is an oil change! They specialize in that! They do one thing and they do it well! They get you in and out fast. read more

I always come he y when I need an oil change. They are close to my house, responsibly proceed, and quick. You stay in the vehicle and they have never tried to upsell me on anything. They will remove and show you the air filter and tell you that it's not dirty, which is something that doesn't happen at a lot of other places. Usually other places tell you you need a new one and wipers but this place has not done that to me. I highly recommend them for any oil change needs read more

Fast, Friendly, and very thorough oil pit stop on my way home from work at Dobson High School. Both employees here are super friendly and fast with first class service. Waiting room has two comfortable couches, table and chairs, and a clean bathroom- men and women's. pulled in at 10am, they were servicing two other cars at the time, there wasn't anyone else in that parking area waiting so and i wasn't facing them so i was able to easily pull behind the kia they were servicing while facing them. at 10:40 after they were done servicing the kia the girl comes up to my window and asked "who was here first, i wasn't paying attention." and i replied "i was here first" and she just stared at me for a moment and didn't say anything and walked away to the other cars whom one of the other girls talked to and told them to get into the parking spot. then comes back and tells me that the other car was here before me and walks away before i could even tell her that i pulled into that same parking spot that the suv was in right now and they were not in fact there first. so i just drove away and went to take 5 oil change instead and they were able to get me in wayyyy quicker than oil buddies. maybe next time pay attention babe & u won't lose service. edit- not interested in viewing the footage bc guess what? ~i was there~ lol. i was on a phone call as i pulled in and looking at my phone call log from 1/8/25 i hung up right when i got there at 10am. not sure if ur timestamp on ur camera is a bit delayed or what. but yea no wont be returning. read more

There are so many places that will change your oil and try and up sell you on brakes, air filters, blah blah blah. Not this place. They will take care of you, check your engine coolant, tires, windshield washer (all for free). The guys were super friendly and quick. Was in and out, in about 15 mins. A bit more expensive than other places. 72 for full synthetic but boy are they fast, friendly and professional. They do not upsell. A far better experience than I had a jiffy lube where the guys there upsell and try to tell me I needed to change my air filters when I just replaced them 2 weeks before hand. Just went to oil buddy for the second time, and my experience the second time was just as great as the first! Its like a pit stop. No cars waiting at 3 on a Saturday. I pull in, I'm greeted, 4 people surround my car, one checking me in, two checking the fluids and filters, one filling my tires. One I'm sure is underneath emptying the oil.
