First, I want you to say, this location is very friendly. However, friendly doesn't build confidence that work was completed. I visited this location on the 21st of September for a routine oil change. I was told all fluids were topped off as well, and the receipt states this. I was driving my son to school this morning and my message center on my dashboard said that I needed to add Windshield washer fluid. It's obviously not the end of the world, $5 jug of fluid easily fixes this, however...it leaves me wondering what else they didn't perform?? Hopefully my oil was actually changed. I won't be visiting Valvoline again. $134 oil change, you'd expect a little more. read more

Went there on 6/28/23 4:30 pm had 4 bays open and 1 car in each line and one in the bay. Was there until 5:10 my bay came open and employee flagged to move forward. Another employee came to my window and said you will have to move back outside because the customer in the line for bay one was there before me and the car in bay one was not complete. We will have to come in together. My employees were both done and ready for me. A lot of younger employees and while moving around working would stop step outside and vape. I have been a customer for many years in the past and my family, and now own 7 cars of my own. I ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes and will not refer or return again. I've used Valvoline the last few times I've needed services (across three states, in fact) and they consistently exceed expectations. Had my usual oil change today with some additional items addressed. The tech even noticed a potential issue with my rear axle seal and made appropriate recommendations without pressuring or confusing me like at other places. The customer service was phenomenal! Loved every single part of the experience I had today getting my oil changed. I like how they explain everything to you and show you the oil filter, air filter, dipstick, etc. It is also very nice to be able to stay in your car and watch them work on your car. I would give a 0 if that was an option. You waste half the day just waiting to get into the garage bay. Once your in they say you need all this work done and how they recommend you fix this. It's all just a money grab. They have 5/6 employees walking around just talking to each other while the customers have to sit and wait on them. This isn't even just the first time. I've came to this location multiple times and it's absolutely horrible every single time. Spent 1.5 hours one time because they tried taking my air filter out and couldn't figure out how to get it back in. After they took it out they said they didn't sell that one. Then acted like I should have made sure they sold it before they took it out. Everything about this location is absolute trash. Seriously STAY AWAY!! read more

I waited for more than 20mins in the lobby area for assistance, I came back because they had changed my oil in the fall however they left all my air filter loose and did not tighten any bolts down so my car sensors were going out of wack as if something was wrong, I tightened them myself the whole thing was just sat on the thing, I wanted to give them back another chance but no way these people don't value the customers or the time, I won't be returning here again, they lost a good customer. read more

We took our vehicle in on 8/4/22 for an oil change. Woke up the next morning 8/5/22 to oil everywhere. Contacted them immediately. They had our vehicle towed back to them and then contacted us and told us that the cause was oil housing and not their fault. Our vehicle was not leaking prior to this oil change. Had our vehicle towed to another auto shop for diagnostics. The report findings were that it was caused by overtightening of oil cap filter (Valvoline). Contacted their corporate office filed a claim. Corporate in turn said that Valvoline franchise have the last say and can deny a claim (so there is no actual corporate). So, if they have the last say of course "Valvoline" is under no obligation to admit any wrongdoing or acknowledge any fault! Absolute Terrible. This is definitely bad business. I have reported the situation to BBB. I'm without transportation and the repairs to fix the problem is over a THOUSAND DOLLARS. read more

This place used to be Express wash and lube, Valvoline bought it out and voided all long term services that had already been paid for such as lifetime tire rotations. They also raised the cost of the oil change by a lot even with their coupon. Avoid this place and their shitty business practices, it is now just as cheap to go to the dealership and get things done. There will be a reason there is no longer a line at this place, don't think you just lucked out. read more

Do not use they didn't attach the plates under Car back on after changing oil so when i got on 70 the screws or clips came off. Was stuck on 70 for 2 hrs they Were not even going to send a tow truck. !!! Then tried to say it was are fault !!! Went in for an oil change not realizing they were no longer Express Lube. I get there and the girl checking me in has a very hard time remembering her "presentation". Maybe she is in training, I don't know. I can completely understand being nervous and new, but 1) she couldn't even pronounce my name, nor did she try to (and my name is a fairly common easy to pronounce name) and 2) I do not need a whole production about what they are going to do for me today - I just need a simple, quick oil change. She then finally tells me I can turn off my car and hand my keys over, only to then ask what my mileage is. Had to ask for the keys back so that I could turn the car on to get the information. She tells me to turn off my lights and when I try to explain that they are automatic lights, she goes about doing something with my tires and comes back to tell me to turn off my lights. She is clearly confused with what she is doing. The technician then tells me how the previous business did not use the correct oil in my car - should be semi synthetic or synthetic (I always got synthetic at Express Lube) and told me how they can't do that for me, yada, yada, yada. I told them that I always use synthetic so not sure what exactly they are referring to. Then he proceeds to take out my cabin air filter which is located behind my glovebox. After I told him that my husband takes care of all of the other maintenance for the vehicle, he opens the glovebox to put the filter back in and some of the contents spill from my glovebox, which he leaves lying on the floor. After the oil change he cannot reset my oil gauge and has to google instructions how to do so. The computer he was working on was apparently not working so he had to go use another. This is supposed to be the home of the "15 minute oil change". I think perhaps they should rename to "15 minute oil change x 2" as I was there for over a half an hour. It was total chaos and confusion. I doubt I return. read more
