The problem is: many times there are a bunch of teenage girls that really don't know anything about cars and I had to leave and come back given that they were clueless on how to service it for the basics. Here is where they really messed up: they failed to tell me that my Honda Civic Hybrid uses a special tranny fluid that if NOT USED voids the warranty from Honda. Basically I had thousands of dollars in damages in my transmission and Honda service was able to void my warranty and pointed at the viscosity and coloring that the tranny fluid had: non-approved Honda transmission fluid voids the warranty and Oil Experts didn't tell me that. They just put regular fluid into a CVT with special requirements. You'd think that their database prescribes what a car needs. I believe a shop like this should KNOW these things from their database and tell customers before they go ahead an reap havoc on engines and tranny's. Never again for me, rather get nailed by the dealership and keep my warranty clean.

*edit* Guest Services contacted me based on my review. They identified several issues that…read moreoccurred. The manager was using an old Groupon code, which didn't credit the correct amount. Additionally, I was upcharged for an optional "full synthetic" filter for an extra $10, which was never mentioned to me. As a result, they offered to send me a $30 refund, as I had been in from out of town and could not return to the store. It was mailed promptly. I went to this location for an oil change and tire rotation. I had purchased the service from Groupon which clearly states "Full Synthetic Oil Change with Tire Rotation or Aquapel Glass Treatment". When I pulled up, there were no other customers in the bays, and I was directed to pull in. I shothis wed the employee I had a voucher from Groupon, he told me the price $153, and said the voucher would be applied at checkout. After watching 2 or 3 cars that arrived after me, get their oil changed and pull out, they finally got the tires rotated and the vehicle on the lift to change the oil. After another long wait, I was told that I was ready to go. The employee was unable to check me out due to the Groupon voucher seemingly not working. He said he would have to call someone, and after a few minutes informed me that his manager was on his way back to the location and would handle it. (The manager was out picking up a filter they didn't have for another customer who was stuck in this particular hell with me). At this point I had been there for an hour. Once the manager arrived, he attempted to check me out, couldn't had to place a call to someone else to figure out the system. He finally got it all put in appropriately, and much to my surprise said I owed $48 and change. At my surprise, he said that there is always a small amount left over with Groupon. I said that $50 wasn't a small amount, he shrugged and pointed to the paper he had used to guide him that stated all Groupons only covered oil, and nothing else. I pointed out the voucher clearly stated the tire rotation was included, he shrugged and said all the Goupon people say that. I told him that I had been here for well over an hour at this point, he shrugged again and said we have a lot going on. Obviously, someone is wrong with how the Groupon is presented (eitther Jiffy Lube or Groupon). Based on the slow service, and seeming indifference of the "manager", I'd guess it is their "policy" that is incorrect. At the very least, since this seems to be a known issue, they should inform the customer before the service not after. I would at least have had a choice on whether to continue. The Groupon cost $79, and the redit this location gives is $73, sure doesn't seem like a good deal. Either way, based on the extremely poor service, I would recommend staying far away from this location and their shady business practices.

Not even 5 mins later he comes in and tells me in his own words "your car is shit" and went on with 7 other things that was "wrong with my car" and wrote me a quote for almost $2000 and charged me almost $150 for my oil change. Receipt said he charged me 35 for windshield wiper fluid but it still was none in there. I quickly left took it to my mechanic he said the only thing he was right about was my tires are losing tread but they are still decent tires lol other than that my car is good it only has 39K miles on it lol. He also filled my windshield wiper fluid lol. So yeah will never go there again!

Nothing wrong with that except they give u the worst possible advice about what can happen. For instance I had a tire they felt was bad, and they told me there could be a blowout. I am from Chicago and drove back to my mechanic and he said the tire was ok. Then went back and they said my front axle could break, it would be quite a mess on the Dan Ryan. Told my mechanic about it and he said he never of it. Might be a good place to go if they had more knowledgeable people on staff. I will never be back.

Went there many times, where I only wanted free overall check..they take care of you as though your buying up all services . They all all very well trained by the company, because even the supervisor does not hesitate to help you or just give friendly chats. I had a new battery put in yesterday and Ray the supervisor was on point as always watching his crew to make sure they don't miss a beat. Ray and worker Jay, on a previous visit, even helped me secure my trunk, which wasn't really related to their services. Top notch professional. I find this place a great go to for us women, who can relax in the clean lobby or outdoors on the patio, enjoy a coffee or drink, courtesy of the shop, and know you're in good hands and won't be taken advantage of.
