I usually take my car to Infiniti or my handy hubby will do the oil change but I was in the area and didn't know what the weather would entail for the weekend. So I decided to swing by knowing I wouldn't have to exit my car to do so. They open at 8:00am so I arrived close to 8:30 and there was one car in the bay being serviced. So my wait time wasn't too bad. Overall they provide good service and staff is always friendly and helpful. The gentleman did suggest it was time to get an air filter which I guess they sell but at that time was not in stock. Service lasted about 20 min or so not reply paying attention but I enjoy the fact I don't have to leave my car nor have someone inside my car. Sidebar: check their website before because they have coupons. Plus if you sign up you receive coupons often. read more

1/2/2025 These guys were wide open. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. One thing I didn't like was... My cabinet air filter was slightly dirty. I ask him to wait and let's do it next time. Of course, he had something to say about it and I understanding his point somewhat. But it was my call not his. I decided to blow it out when I got home. I guess since he didn't sell the part it was no need to put it back in there correctly. He put it in upside down and left the front cover off. I did vacuum and put it in correctly and put the cover back on over the filter as it should have been in the first place. It's best to check behind them sometimes. Now I'm wondering if they put full synthetic in my truck. I think I might have it tested. read more

Friendly staff, but food is always burnt now. The quality has gone incredibly downhill over the years. I used to love Sheetz food, but now, when I come here they always mess it up. Women's restroom is always a mess, and it seems like the staff is just simply lazy. read more

Don't go here. They stripped 4 nuts and studs in total on 3 of my 4 tires. When I filed a a claim they stated that I probably stripped them when I got a flat tire. How could I have had 3 flats in less then a year. In addition they had it on camera one of the "service mechanics" giving me one of my striped nuts. I didn't even realize the extend of the damaged until a few weeks after and realized the warped my rotor. Don't waste your time or money, it's not work the head ache to try to fix their incompetence. read more

Had an oil change yesterday and left to head to work. Instantly noticed the loud noise but wasn't in a position to safely pull over. Once I got to work I saw a piece hanging underneath that they either didn't fasten back or didn't fasten correctly. I tried to slide underneath to get it back in- but that was a no go. It's kind of bent now too. Instead I had to listen to this piece drag all day every time I was in reverse and received many weird looks from customers. Embarrassing too. I was unable to get back over to them for them to fix it. Going to attempt today if I can squeeze in the trip- which is completely out of my way. I drive my vehicle for my job, at least 300miles a day. A lot, I know. I can't imagine this piece hanging is a good thing. Extremely annoyed I have to try and get back to the location for them to fix what never should have happened. Small potatoes maybe- but big inconvenience for me when I paid for a $96 oil change. I hope it doesn't result in any other issues. I'm not a mechanic, so admittedly clueless. So now I have to find a way to travel 25 min back over there while trying to work. SMH. Giving 3 stars bc they are super friendly and usually better about things- typically no issues and the female boss is SUPER legit and I feel confident she would not be happy about this. She runs a tight ship over there. Even with this issue, I do not think they deserve less than 3 stars. I'd still recommend them as of now. If they don't fix this or replace it (if needed) then I'll adjust my review. I'll edit to disclose how it was handled as well. read more

First and last time here. They checked OK on all fluid levels. When I got home my husband checked and the coolant was a gallon low and the wiper fluid was completely empty. Only plus was the technician checking me in, he was very pleasant. Anyone who goes there needs to watch and make sure they really check all fluid levels. read more

I got a Groupon to this place to save money on a synthetic oil change. My car ran fine before going here, I get my car seeviced regularly somewhere else but wanted to save some money. Within one week of going here my car broke down due to no oil. I had to have it towed. Now I'm looking at thousands of dollars in repairs, my car has now been in the shop for over a week. I wish I never went here and I would not trust them in the future. read more

This place is a total ripoff and no employees here have any clue what they are doing they failed me for inspection because of tinted windows being 29% and still charged me but there tool is not calibrated because I went back to the tint shop and there tool read 32% then inspection place rite up the street passed it and there tool also read 32%! Not sure how this place is still in business they forgot to tighten my oil filter 2 times and now this inspection incident I'm done will never go back and I advise everyone to stay away from this horrible place! read more

I will start off by saying the Valvoline on Outlet Center Drive usually deserves 5-stars! I have been using Valvoline's oil change service centers for a long time. The customer service in all locations I've been to has been awesome! The guys (and gals) are always friendly and helpful. I went to have my oil changed yesterday at the Outlet Center Drive store and the first thing I noticed was there were all new faces. But still everyone was friendly. Aaron, the technician who was communicating with me and getting my invoice ready didn't even offer to check my tires, lights & signals! A synthetic blend oil change - standard - costs almost $70 at Valvoline. That's kind of steep, but I don't mind paying because they usually do a complete check of fluids, tires, lights, etc.. I had to ask him what was up, and why he didn't check what they are supposed to check. He apologized and did it... but really? If I'm paying the above average cost then I'd like them to perform all of the services I've come to expect! After reading other reviews, it makes me wonder if they really did check all of my fluids... Come on guys! Step it up! read more

Man, this really pains me to submit this review. I used to work in one of these shops, so I know how hard these people work on a day to day basis. But, this particular location has some straight up smart ass people working in there. One college age kid kept giving me the stank eye while I was waiting in line, only to give me such a hard time once it finally became my turn, that I drove off. I'm not going to have someone 10 years younger than me talk trash to me, and then be expected to let them touch my vehicle. No thank you. Pretty seedy joint, far cry from why it used to be. Went in with a coupon for 19.99 oil change. After telling this to the initial technician and waiting 45 minutes to finally get my car into the bay they tell me they only have full synthetic sae 20 and the change will cost $79.99. Disgraceful bait and switch advertising and poor customer service. read more

If I could give no stars I would! Horrible service, no knowledgeable employees and worst customer service especially the manager. I paid for a oil change and filter but very next day a puddle of oil in my driveway they never tighten the filter and tried accusing me of loosening it. How does that even make sense why would I do that? Worst experience I ever had and I will never go back! read more

Horrible! I came for just an inspection on a newer car. They told me 30 minutes!! As I watched three other cars that came after me go in, they finally did my car after waiting over 2 hours!!! Crazy!!
