The family-owned business is full of hospitality and professionalism. They were able to fix my car in a couple of hours. They were very busy, but the mechanic took the time to show me why he thought someone had tried to break into my car and that was why the inside mechanics of the door were messed up. A couple years ago (when they had a great management system) I purchased tires and had gotten a great deal on them. I needed new tires again and decided to call for a quote. I live an hour away but was still willing to get new tires if it was a good buy. I got on the phone with who I think was the manager and he started reprimanding me asking why I would travel all that way for tires!! Are you KIDDING me?! Don't you want a sale?!! If I were him I would be extremely happy for a LOYAL CUSTOMER who lives an HOUR away to make a purchase. What a complete idiot and a RUDE person he was!!!!!
