They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor. No matter, if you need the service (emphasis on this word!) of a highly principled, well respected team to sort out the mess after an auto mishap, Ray Kennett and his lads are the ones to turn to even if Poughkeepsie is not your backyard. They are perfectionists and also your advocate with the insurance world, something the owner knows backwards and forwards. I am embarrassed to admit that we have been clients a good half dozen times over the past twenty years and, each time, we have been made whole again by BTO and left grateful for the initial recommendation.
