Then to top it off, after over charging by more than twice on his claimed hours on site, he turned around and blamed non-plumbers at the site for not instructing him on what to do. --- ??? --- Is he not the hired professional plumber? Guess anyone can slap up a sign saying plumber and go from there. Save yourself a lot of trouble, get a real plumber.
