We were seated immediately, it wasn't by the water, but at least I could see it. They had live music which was nice. The food was great and the waitress was super nice and accommodating.

Just an okay place with okay food. Come for the view, you're right on the dock. Pulled up right on our boat after a Long Beach day for tacos and beer. It'll do for that. Service nothing crazy, it's a bunch of kids working but they were fine. Live music and he was playing all of the summer hits of the 90s which was perfect and fit the vibe for the weekend. Don't get the chicken tacos. It was maybe like canned chicken or over cooked rotisserie chicken, not the best. Shrimp tacos for the win.

The south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County has many waterside places to go eat and drink. The wharf is just one of those places. You can sit at the dock and enjoy your cocktails, food or music, depending on the day. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and friendly customers if the outside it's not your thing they have a bar and dining room. Not too big but not too small. Plenty of parking in. Price is a moderate nice selection of food and drinks and good service. Ciao for now.

It's great. It's more of a bar then a restaurant now. The bartender said that the food is only their pizza during the winter. If you don't mind having drinks, and eating pizza than you're good. I do like that it is homey. The bartenders make it feel nice. My husband and I were the youngest ones there, besides the bartenders, and we didn't feel awkward. I asked for the Tom Collins, feels a bit weak at first, but then hits you like a wall of bricks, to my eyes the bartender did well. I wanted to get toasted and the bartender did a good job. I had a strawberry margarita and they did well with it without a blender. The place is nice and like I said, I didn't feel awkward. I came from West Babylon, about 5 minutes from Babylon town, and I would say the 20 minutes drive is not that bad. I will definitely come back here again.

This is so difficult to write a negative review about this restaurant. Great bartender, amazing atmosphere and service but I have to say the food was lacking. Now this review comes off of only two dishes that I had. I had baked clams and the bang bang shrimp wrap. The baked clams I have to say had the most clams of any baked clam dish I've ever had. Large chunks, absolutely phenomenal. They did not skimp on the clams at all, however, lacking flavor big-time. Flavor was just not there. The bang bang shrimp wrap did have flavor which was very, very good. Unfortunately they overcooked the shrimp and it was very chewy. But a very good roll with a lot of flavor. If they hadn't overcooked the shrimp this could've been a completely different review. I will give this restaurant another chance for the very fact that everything else was a great experience.

The Wharf wings & tuna tacos were good. The lobster rolls didnt have much flavor. The cocktails were no good, Ordered the rocket fuel and didnt even finish. End up ordereing more beers instead. The service was so-so, not too attentive and not around. The extra star was because it was a nice outdoor seating. They also add extra 5% if you pay be credit card.

Staff was overwhelmed. Couldn't handle Friday night crowd. Service was very slow. Food was good, but expensive for what it was.

We go here fairly often. Good burgers and steak sandwiches. Baked clams are awesome. Stay away from the chicken quesadillas.

I was told that the Wharf was recently sold and that the ownership has added a food truck so my wife and I went down to try it out.

My four stars was generous because the service was a really a three star for us. We started off by ordering cocktails my sangria was not good so I sent it back immediately. The other cocktails lacked alcohol but we didn't say anything. On to the appetizer which we got the Ahi tuna bowl and the crab cake, Caesar Salad the salad was so dry & we never saw the waitress for more dressing. Then we ordered rolls which were $6 for four rolls. We were a party of 5 and ask for another one we would pay and she wouldn't add an additional roll after spending $500. Now for dinner we had the Lobster Roll (warm) it was amazing. Branzino was fresh but on drier side. Burger was supposed to be medium rare and it wasn't at all. Steak was supposed to be cooked the same way but was cooked medium plus instead of medium rare. Waitress came over and said it was perfect. Maybe for her but not for someone who eats it rare. She made him feel awkward about it and ate it anyway because he was hungry. The olive oil lemon cake was more like a cupcake wasn't wowed by it. Best thing was the lava cake it was the perfect way to end the night.

The bar was full, but we were able to get seated at a table in front of the live band. There is live music on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00PM-10:00PM. On Friday, February 20, 2026, a band called The Dudes Acoustic were playing. They sounded great. I had the lavender margarita and it was very yummy. We didn't order any food since we had ate before, but I did glance at the menu and there were plenty of great options. Our server was hospitable and came to check on us throughout the night. They're juicy, packed with flavor, and hands-down the best sliders we've ever had. We also tried the Burrata Crostini tonight and--wow--so many delicious layers of flavor. Our ride-or-die dish is the Spicy Rigatoni. It's creamy, a little spicy, and totally comforting with crispy chicken cutlets underneath, plus broccoli rabe, sun-dried tomatoes, and of course, melty burrata on top. Other must-tries? That said, we were greeted by the bartender as soon as we entered, and served promptly. They do give free popcorn too which is a nice touch these days. Prices are average for LI, maybe even slightly lower than average. Narragansett pint and a local citrus hoppy one came to...I think $15-16. It has that classic, dark feel inside. Can only imagine how it was back in the smoking days. Good selection of beer and liquor. As for wine, I saw Corbett Canyon swill being poured. At least it was from a magnum bottle and not a box. Probably the same product. So "avoid wine and you'll do just fine" if you're in the area and want a drink here. Can't comment on the food. It's cool to see how booze can help bring people together (and not just destroy). For example, an older gentleman came in and the bartender (believe his name was Jay) remembered his usual order of Heineken light and a whisky shot and had it ready quick while enjoying a shot with the patron. Perhaps we've found the fountain of youth after all.
