Exhaust gasket from bottom of cat converter into secondary cat converter

Mary' V If your team would've been committed to resolving my problem. This would've been done months ago,if your team was truly committed to communication this would've been done months ago! I'm gonna have to pass, stepping foot into that dealership ever again. And at this point, it's down to trust. I don't trust this dealership. This everyone is what fixed my leak in my exhaust system! This is also what they were giving me so much grief over trying to fix. Evidence that there was Stran in that area that crushed the gasket, causing the leak after the engine replacement. $36.00 for the part plus labor.

I have had my Santa Cruz for just under a year's time and have been here for the 3rd and last time today. First time taken in for sensor issues, random alerts on my dashboard coming on every time I'm driving for no reason. They reset the computer, and after several months it started up again. Second time, came in for the same issues with the sensors, in addition to the transmission slipping. They said it needed an ignition coil replacement and that cylinder 4 was misfiring. They said they fixed these things. The third time I came in because the sensors started popping up again, with my transmission slipping again. in addition to a new one. I was about to leave a parking lot and drive into a 2 way intersection when an alert popped up that my engine was turned off and to restart it. If this happened literally 5 seconds after I would be in the middle of the street and l very likely could have been T boned. After running a diagnostics test I was told they couldn't find anything. The only possibility being that my license plate frame was blocking the sensor, and because of that being something I put on the car, I would have to pay for the testing because it wasn't covered under warrantee. I would have paid for that, but when I came in I was told by Fabian that even after taking the frame off the LICENSE PLATE ITSELF was blocking the sensors. Because I DID NOT put the license plate over the sensor and it's how the car comes I told them I shouldn't have to pay for it. They still told me I had to pay for it because they had to run a test on it. I am no longer allowed back cause I refused to pay, which is fine since the 3 times I went they could not solve the issue at hand. Attached is the alert that popped up on my dashboard, that I showed to hyundai, that they failed to figure out the cause of.

First time buyer and the salesman Gabriel made the process really simple and quick. From the start, was very honest and answered any questions I had; which made me confident in both myself and the situation. The prices are fair and upfront. On top of that, the team gave me incredible feedback and insightful with explaining my options and making sure they found a car for my needs. I felt very supported, never pressured. I recommend buying from here and asking for Gabriel. You'll get honesty, great value, and genuine guidance.

    Before pic.

Purchased a used 2022 Chrysler 300s. Aside from the fact that I paid more for the car than I was led to believe(found some extra charges I didn't know about) and find out there is only one key to vehicle after purchase ($500+) now I find out they can't repair the exhaust tip that was promised at no charge. So make sure you get car repairs done read before signing the contract. On a plus note my salesman Dylan was a pleasant and helpful young man. UPDATE:05/01/2025 After I posted my review the owner replied I should contact sales manager Ryan Rios to resolve my issues. I contacted them and talked with Ryan, Mike Kent and Bernardo. The said they would order the parts and fix the car free of charge. I received a call that the parts came in on April 30 to bring the car and they would also loan me a car free of charge while it was in the shop. So far so good. The repair shouldn't take more than a week. 05/03/25 update: Thet did the repair and it looks great. Very satisfied.

We did not end up buying from here because each of the cars we wanted sold earlier in the day. However, if we had, Rianne did a fantastic job. She was quick, helpful and was a good listener. I can see why she was their top salesman last month. I would trust sending my daughter here.

Call Torry Gardner if you need a car!

My sales consultant, Torry "T's Got Your Keys" Gardner, was on point, friendly, and honest! I really appreciate everything he did to get me in a car today! If you need a car, T's Got Your Keys!

In the past 2 months I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs for my used 2022 nissan rogue I bought from this dealership. it only had 13,107 miles on it when I bought it. I had to replace the worn control bushing for another $1,125 which the mechanic said never should happen with a car with that few miles on it. Then I had to pay $600 for broken AC which happened in the middle of summer in Texas. On top of this, the dealership gave me the wrong spare key. so I had to spend another $200 to get a new key made and remote for the car. Also, when I just got a flat tire, I was missing the jack. so I couldn't change the tire myself. there is a missing spot for the jack in the car. The digital fuel gauge also stopped working within a year of me having the car and I had to take it to a nissan dealership to get it fixed. I bought this car in September 2024. It has been a nightmare. I am writing this review because I had to block the dealership, they call me constantly trying to sell me new things. When they call and I answer and tell them about the problems I am having, they refuse to help. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was completely finalized this afternoon. We had a clear agreement on the price, the VIN, and every single line item on the invoice -- confirmed both verbally and through text messages. The salesperson specifically asked us to send our insurance information, driver's license, and another form of ID (VA ID), which we provided immediately. They even had our financial information. They acknowledged everything and told us their finance person would call us shortly to finalize the payment and complete the deal. Just a couple of hours later, we got a call informing us that the truck had already been sold to another customer who walked into the dealership. We were actively waiting for their finance department to contact us so we could finish the purchase. There was absolutely no confusion on their part -- they knew we had a firm agreement in place. Instead, they sold the truck out from under us without any warning or courtesy. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It shows a lack of respect for customers and a failure to stand behind their word.

May 2026 review. BUYER BEWARE. We've supported this…read moredealership for years, which honestly makes this experience even more frustrating. Luis was our finance guy. Jordan was the salesman. The first red flag was a "dealer accessories/service" fee of over $4,800 added to the paperwork. We specifically asked what it covered on the truck we were seriously considering, and were told it was for services performed to prepare the vehicle for sale. Fair enough... until we reviewed paperwork for a completely different truck and found the EXACT same fee -- same amount, down to the dollar. So we asked again: did both vehicles receive the exact same work? Nobody could give a straight answer. No new tires. No major upgrades. No extensive paint correction. Nothing that justified nearly FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS being added to both vehicles. What's even more concerning? During negotiations, the fee suddenly disappeared completely. So naturally, that leaves consumers wondering: if this fee was truly necessary, why was it so easy to remove? That alone felt extremely misleading. We ultimately left that night because we did not like the final deal presented to us. The NEXT DAY, my husband decided he actually wanted the other truck we had looked at. He spoke directly with both the salesperson and finance department by phone and text. Numbers were discussed. Trade information was reviewed. Monthly payment was determined. He was told to come back and finalize the deal. Believing everything was lined up, he emptied out his trade vehicle at home, got ready, and drove back to the dealership -- only to walk in and see another family actively filling out a credit application for the SAME truck he had just been told to return for. The manager then approached him and said: "We can't take the keys from them, but you're next in line." Excuse me? At that point, the dealership already had ALL of our information, had worked numbers with us, discussed financing, and told him to come finalize the purchase. Yet somehow we were sitting there waiting to see if another customer's credit application would even be approved first. It was approved, and we literally sat there watching them celebrate while realizing the truck we believed we had a deal on was being sold out from under us. That is not how loyal customers should be treated. Our family has purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years, which is exactly why this experience was so shocking. Transparency matters. Integrity matters. Respect for people's time matters. Especially when families are making one of the biggest financial purchases of their lives. At this point, we truly hope corporate or upper management reaches out because this entire experience raises serious concerns about both the dealership's pricing practices and how customers are handled during negotiations. My husband also has a platform reaching over 200,000 people locally, and honestly, this experience warrants a full storytime simply to warn hardworking consumers to ask questions, review every fee carefully, and protect themselves from potential financial harm before signing anything. We would much rather share a positive experience than this one, but what happened here was unacceptable.
