And luck would have it, it was close to my home so I quickly texted Amy about appointments and was able to make one the same week. The whole processes was absolutely delightful. I first sent Amy pictures in advance of cut and color and she communicated very clearly about expectations and timing. When I got to her space, I was very impressed by how cute it was (and there were SNACKS!!). The whole process took around 6 hours (for bleach, color, and cut). She also apologized profusely for the amount of time it was taking but it was SO worth it because my hair looked absolutely fabulous after. Amy made sure the color, cut, everything was exactly what I wanted before letting me leave and really went the extra mile as my hair was not being "cool" that day.
