Yes, I brought it up politely, but they never addressed the problem, just repeated the amount owed and expected payment. No discussion. They sent a 'treatment plan' that had absolutely no mention of treatment, just a lump sum, and something to sign to indicate how we'd pay for it. And their prices were NOT reasonable. Clearly, profit is all that matters here. To top it off, the dentist was not someone with whom I felt confident. They failed in every possible way. Please don't respond with fake apologies like "I'm so sorry you feel that way." It's meaningless and insults the readers' intelligence.

Found it right at bed time, funny how that's when kids like to tell you about things! We called here around 9pm and we were seen at 9:45pm. Consultation/drainage/tooth extraction for a total of $700, and $30 for the medication from the pharmacy. Considering how a tooth abscess can be a life threatening condition, I was blown away. I've taken my kids to emergency rooms before only to leave with nothing more than the same problem I entered with and a $1,000+ bill. We had been saving up for the past few months, we had hoped for a family vacation at the end of the summer (we've never had one since our kids were born) and unfortunately we had to rob Peter to pay Paul. However, the staff was great and made sure my kid felt safe and comfortable to ease her nerves.

April is Cancer Awareness month and they were giving free cancer screenings and this is done by Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is so friendly, kind, and very patient. He takes the time to explain your X-rays and any treatment that you may need. He also doesn't rush you to ensure you have had plenty of time to ask any questions. I was quoted $175 total to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed with sedation. Your office, on the other hand, quoted me over $300 per tooth. As an insurance agent, I can recognize when something doesn't add up--and this definitely raises red flags.
