Visited Vanilla on Saturday night and it was the perfect way to end a hot summer day! The people working were so kind and helpful ! They had so many options and they were all so good! I had the Carmel and I would 100 percent recommend it. It's an absolute must visit when at the avenues.

Great Gelato. Good flavors and coffee. Enjoyed my affogato! Friendly staff . Fast service and European ambiance.

I've been here twice now and both experiences have been great! They're a small cafe with freshly made gelato (at least 12 flavors) and any kind of coffee you could imagine. They also have pastries for purchase if you wanted a snack. The staff is very friendly and they have indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. The gelato is to die for!!

Nothing beats my two favs being combined, espresso and gelato. I gave the cookies n cream gelato a try in this affogato and I'll certainly be back to try it again. Creamy smooth gelato with that hit of espresso . The service here is pretty quick.

This is a new cafe in the Avenues so we stopped by. Love that this is a small business which I always look to support. The gelato selection was decent and freshly made. I highly recommend getting a cup and trying two flavors together. I tried a hazelnut brown sugar latte with almond milk. It was one of the smoothest lattes I've had in a while. No bitter aftertaste just dreamy. It's one of those coffees so good I took my time savoring it. There is a small assortment of pastries to choose from. I had a caramel coconut cake. The perfect accompaniment to the latte. Next time I will try the coffee with a scoop of gelato in it. I highly recommend trying this place out. I plan on being a regular!!!

Came here for the gelato, so cants speak on coffee and pastries. The place is super cute but has very limited seating inside. Gelato was totally worth it, soft creamy and delicious. I got large with 3 flavors: brigadiers, hazelnut and coconut. Hazelnut was my favorite. I can't wait to come back and try other flavors My only wish is to be able to get 3 smaller flavors with the regular cup.

I found this gem after a Google search. I have had gelatos from here multiple times, got pint at home. Their service is really good. Extremely friendly staff. It's a small cafe. Flavors options are great. I can't comment on coffee but gelato is just too good. Pistachio flavor feels and tastes real. There's a small outdoor seating capacity as well which makes up for a great option during summers.

Super cute cafe in the shopping center! We sat outside since it was a nice day! I got a gelato (they have a ton of flavors) and an iced coffee. Yummy gelato and good service as well.

I came in for my all time favorite coconut almond cake and tried the exclusive holiday drink, the peppermint mocha. It was delicious, not too sweet and exactly what I was looking for.

Loved this place! Cutest little coffee shop with good coffee and cute decorations. Parking: Plenty of outside parking since it's part of a big shopping center. Vibe/atmosphere: Super cute! It definitely gives small coffee shop vibes that has local coffee suppliers! The decorations were beautiful. Food Ordered: Ice latte with oat milk. I got a full cup of coffee with not too much ice so it felt like I actually got my money's worth of coffee. Wait Time: less than 5 minutes (I went during the weekday, so it might be busier during the weekends. Service: Great! There was only one person working and she was quick yet still friendly. Family Friendly: Ish. If you have walking toddlers it's perfect because they can sit in a chair on their own (no high chairs that I saw). If you have an infant, it's harder because there isn't a lot of space inside the shop for your stroller. But there were 2 tables outside that had more space.

Cinnamon Cake, Coconut Almond Cake, Cappuccino, and a Maple Lavender Latte for Steph!

I will talk about the gelato in a minute but I want to share how incredible the landscaping and attention to the space around the place. There were beautiful pots of flowers, play space, climbing vines, and welcoming outside seating. The stand itself is very small- a couple people can fit inside the door to order and receive their treat. There were 15-20 flavors to choose from AND, follow me here, that could be served in a cup, cone, or in a martini glass accompanied by alcohol found in the beverage. I ordered a scoop in a cup but the drink menu was extensive and tempting. Plenty of parking and a place to sit. It's like you are in the streets of Italy! We were quickly greeted and told we could sample all the flavors. There were plenty to choose from. I decided on the Affogato with Kahlua. It was served in an insulated cardboard cup that was quite cute. This is a sipping drink and people usually drink it slow. It was delicious. There wasn't enough Kahlua in my drink, I could barely taste it but still enjoyed it! My friend got raspberry gelato with prosecco and thought it was delicious-and soooo pretty! I just had a great meal here. I had the mortadella sandwich. I was apprehensive because a few of…read morethe reviews mentioned a small amount of meat on the sandwich. I can tell you they were wrong. The sandwich contained a great portion of meat. You can see from my photos that it was a substantial portion of meat. The meat itself was tender as can be and was good Italian mortadella that almost melts in your mouth. It also had excellent pesto sauce on the sandwich and some of the best cheese around. I just got back from 2 months in Italy and this sandwich was as good as anything I had there. While I was there I had to try one of everything so for pastry I tried a sfogliata which is a multi layered pastry filled with a vanilla custard. This was either brought in directly from Italy or made by an Italian chef. It tasted just like it should. Then I tried the gelato. I had the stracciatella which was very good. Just two notes here though 1) the gelato temp is too cold. You need to let it warm a little before you eat it to get the full flavor 2) the pistacchio gelato served is bright green. This is not a sign of good pistacchio. Good pistacchio should be more of a khaki brownish green color Then I tried the espresso. It tasted great It was very nice inside. Simple setup looking like a gelateria. The service was friendly , fast , and efficient. The best that can be asked for. The highlight of the visit was actually running into Mr. Gio DiPalma that owns the establishment and other restaurants around town. He sat at a table and watched operations. It was nice to to see him personally checking on performance at his establishments

The Panini bread with some of the best I've had in a long time... soft, yet crispy-ish on the outside. Everything about the sandwich was fantastic with one exception: there was a slightly fishy taste on some bites. Needless to say, with the only ingredients being fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, and arugula, not sure where the fishy taste came from. The shop is average looking. I did not eat the gelato, but it looked very good. Service was efficient, but not overly friendly or personable. Person at the counter was more of an order taker, but there were no social greetings exchanged. The bread was so good that I would definitely go back if I had a craving for an Italian sandwich.

When we walked into Jeremiah's Italian Ice shop, I expected it to be warm and inviting. Well I was correct about the warm part, but in a way that I did not expect. They sell many flavors of Italian Ice. He said that we could sample the flavors so we tried a couple of them. We decided on 3 flavors which were the Mango, Strawberry, and Watermelon flavors. All of them tasted refreshingly delicious. Got them all together in one cup as a Jelati as they call their concoction. A Jelati is "the perfect layering of any flavor (or flavors) of Italian ice and their rich and creamy soft ice cream". We picked their Vanilla flavor for the soft ice cream. The Jelati tasted yummylicious and it looked terrific as well. There are so many options available on their menu. Would be fun to try something new each time.
