This is going to be a very deceptive review. 5s for some things and all the way to 1s on others. Max always asks me do I want the good news or bad news first? It's always the bad news first. Parking. Street parking is hard to find and so was the garage. There is no table side service. You walk in and pick up a menu and try to decide what you want. Meanwhile, you have others coming in to do the same thing which causes a traffic jam. For the cost of a $100 breakfast for two, yes, it was a little over $100 that included tip, ordering at a table is a must. Break into your eggs Benedict and a squirt of water will come out. I'm coming back for the French toast. Come here for dessert. You will absolutely impress a group of the hard to please. Stunning all the way. Beautiful ambiance with fitting music. The staff are dressed the part and do everything in their power to please. As I sit here writing this review, Max is itching to leave to get on with the day. This is a ruse because I am in heaven with my Paris Hot Chocolate, Get it. I know it's expensive. This was the final touch to the French experience. No, wait. My final touch will be take home Canelles. I clear out Trader Joe's when they have them in stock. The name of this restaurant is exactly what they are all about.

Very fresh. The Paris hot chocolate was truly the star of the day! So rich and amazing whipped cream. We ordered the bonjour madam which was delicious! It was good to feed my cousin and I. The condensed milk pancakes were so fluffy and huge portion! Love the heart shaped cookie cutter to spill the condensed milk on top. The créeme brûlée hot latte was so good! Not too sweet and with a nice layer of torched sugar. The servers were very attentive and the price wasn't bad for all we ordered. Would definitely come again. The place is so nice and cozy.

Stopped by Vanilla Espresso in Miramar for their grand opening and had a really great first experience. The space has a clean, modern feel but still manages to be cozy--definitely the kind of spot you can see yourself hanging out in for a while. Even with the grand opening buzz, the atmosphere felt upbeat and welcoming rather than chaotic. I grabbed a coffee and something small to go with it, and everything tasted fresh and well-made. The coffee was smooth and balanced, not overly bitter, which is always a good sign. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. Service was friendly and patient, especially considering how busy things were for opening day. Staff kept things moving while still being attentive, which made a big difference. Overall, Vanilla Espresso made a strong first impression. It's always nice to see a new local spot open with this level of detail and care

Vanilla Espresso French Cafe opened a new location in Miramar City Hall area. This charming cafe had its soft launch today. The interior is cozy with French inspired decor and atmosphere. It's spacious with comfortable seating, good lighting and friendly welcoming staff. We placed our order with the barista at the coffee bar and chose a table in the corner below a cherry blossom tree decor. The cafe is so picturesque! Our food was brought out about 10 mins later. However, we waited 25 mins for our coffee. During this time we checked twice with a waiter and were told they are working on it. After my third follow up, we finally got it. Disregarding the wait time, their coffee is exceptional- rich and smooth with the perfect temperature. I paired my cappuccino with a perfectly flaky and buttery goat cheese and honey croissant. I definitely see future dilemmas as this location is steps away from my gym. LOL!

For the new location in Miramar town center - gorgeous space inside and out, with French music playing. Very friendly service, and good food. Went on a Friday morning, so service was quick. If you've never been to the area, there are multiple free parking garages nearby just look for the signs. Walked in the first week on Saturday, and looked like you would need your patient pants - there was a pretty long line and could visibly see a few tables still waiting for drinks and food, so we left. A little pricey, but fun for a family occasion, we'll add to our neighborhood rotation. May give it a go early in the morning on the weekend next time.

Isolated in the quiet Miramar neighborhood is this gem of a gem French cafe. Granted I only had an iced latte, but you better believe I will be back soon to taste some of their menu items as well always looking for the perfect g work from home just not at home experience? This is the place. Soft French music playing in the background indoors and outdoors. I sat outside near the floral doorway and pink bike on one side and the fountain on the other and I felt whisked away to a Parisian cafe. Well done

This is a nice, relaxing café that transports you to Paris--at least it did for me. Delicious food, a relaxing ambiance, and great service. You order your food before you sit down, but the waitresses come around to bring your food and check if there's anything else they can help you with. Jackie was extra helpful. Highly recommend!

So happy I stumbled upon this cute cafe while in South Florida. The space is so cute and the employees were so nice and friendly. I ordered their creme brulee latte and it was absolutely delicious. I'm so happy I was able to sit down outside and enjoy it in their lovely outdoor patio with Kendrick. We definitely will be back again when visiting South Florida.

Johnathan was a great host, he asked if we had been here before, and we said no he was quick to explain the way the restaurant functions and it made our experience much more enjoyable. All the staff members were extremely friendly and open to answering all of our questions about the food items when the food came out, we were very impressed with the way it was presented and we're even more impressed. By the way it tasted would definitely recommend trying. Jonathan said this is a new location and has been here for a month and a half. Would definitely recommend!

So happy they opened this cafe close to where I live. So far I've visited this establishment a total of 3 times and each visit has been great. First visit I bought a mocha which was full of flavor and a large Nutella and Strawberry croissant, which was delicious! My second visit I opted for a slice of their Chèvre quiche which came with a small container of yogurt with granola and fruit. My take on the quiche it was pretty flat and small for the price, but the taste was good. Just wish it would have been bigger. Yogurt and fruit was small, but accompanied the quiche well. On my third visit, my husband and I couldn't decide which croissants we wanted to taste so we decided to buy the La Vie en Rose which consisted of 12 mini croissants. You can choose any of your selection of fillings from the croissant menu. We decided on 3 ham and cheese, 3 bacon and mayo, 3 nutella and strawberries and 3 caprese's. We brought them home and made breakfast sandwiches out of a few of the bacon and mayo, and ham and cheese croissants by adding a fried egg which was delicious. The others we're going to have for lunch later today. Buying the La Vie en Rose deal you get so much more for your money and it allows you to try many different kinds. Along with this purchase you get a free cup of tea. I haven't dined inside yet, but from what I could see it looks very nice, and I love the cherry blossom tree that they have against the wall in the back. They have a decent variety on their food menu to choose from along with hot and cold drinks. If you haven't had a chance to visit yet, it's definitely worth checking them out so you can judge for yourself.

It honestly felt like stepping into a real French café in Paris. Went on a solo date with my iPad. The ambiance and aesthetics were absolutely on point! Cozy and very charming. The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the dark mocha coffee was easily one of the best I've ever had!

Both are good but the cold brew is much better of the two. As much as I like banana, the Slip Theory was a tad too sweet, but I didn't realize the sweetness until after we had left. Luckily the unique lavender cold brew was not too sweet so it balanced out well. The barista was very nice and helpful. The vibe here is VERY artsy! I love how it caters to pets even if we don't have any of our own just yet. There's even a lounge area to relax or play board games with friends. I could see myself using the spot as an office should I need to work remotely. If you're walking your dog in the area, definitely drop by! Not only do they have a dog menu, I find it so cute that there's a bulletin board at dog-level above the human-level bulletin board. Now, the more I want a dog just to really enjoy the experience here to the fullest!

My daughter ordered an Iced Strawberry Marshmallow Matcha and a Nutella Croissant. I ordered an Iced Banana Split Dulce de Leche Coffee for myself and an Iced Coffee Bombom for my husband. I wasn't impressed with my first taste of my coffee and thought it just tasted like coffee but after mixing everything completely, it was really good! I had some leftover coffee and drank it the next day and it was even better! I had a sip of the Coffee Bombom which was also very good. I think it had marshmallow cold foam and 2 shots of espresso. My daughter was happy with her drink. The Nutella Croissant was heated up and the box it was in was nice and warm. She ate it while I was driving and I could hear the crispiness of it as she was cutting into the flaky layers. She let me try some and it was delicious! When I got there, I was the only in line to order and the place wasn't really packed either. I ordered, sat down and opened my laptop to work a bit. I noticed it was taking a while, but also realized there was only person working in the back for the food, and the guy in front was doing all the drinks himself, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. I then noticed that the people coming in after me were getting their orders before I was. After a bit, I went up to the guy and turns out my coffee had just been sitting out for God knows how long. I'm irritated because 1. You brought other people their order to their table, so why didn't you bring me mine if you obviously saw that I was sitting down with my laptop open, not waiting on the side as if it was a to-go order. 2. Instead of at least alerting me that my drink was ready so I can go up and get it, you just let it sit there while chit chatting with two customers. 3. It took 30 minutes for a tequeño and empanada to be warmed up, and even then you gave it to me in a to go bag while everybody else got theirs on a nice plate. Mind you, he didn't even ask if it was for here or to go when I initially ordered, but at the same time, if it was to go, I would've waited by the register, but I literally sat down with my laptop open, so I thought it would be pretty obvious I was there to dine-in. There was a girl that sat next to me who came in maybe 5 minutes after, and we both gave each other a look like "where is our order?" And of course, it was just sitting out. Overall, food and drinks were not worth it, especially with the service. Looking at other reviews, I also see other people on the same boat. This place is adorable and has potential, but not with this type of service.

That's another thing, it's not the same cafe that they show in the ads. It's much smaller and not as nice. It's a little bit on the pricier side too. I paid about $160 for 3 entrees, and 3 cake pops. If you order drinks or appetizers, it's an additional charge. There's also a $1 fee if you want to skate and an automatic $6 charge per person for gratuity. The food and service. There's a host stand right next to the door where you scan in your ticket. They call everyone Barbie or Ken, and they go by that too. The host Barbies were nice, they walked us to our table. The waitress Barbie was not as attentive as I would've liked. I had to call her or make eye contact in order for her to come take our order or to ask for additional items. We ordered the Surf's Up Spinach Artichoke Dip, Make Waves Avocado Toast, Beach Burger, and Think Pink Margarita. Do not order the Dip. Our waitress said that it was the most popular app, but it's not worth it. The chips were too greasy, and the dip was hard and comes in a tin.. The avocado toast was okay, it came with too much arugula. I took out most of it. My brother said the burger was good. The margaritas were probably the best part. The salty rim contrasted the sweet taste. The cake pops were dessert. They were okay too, nothing special. To wrap up, if you want to take cute pics and can afford it, then do it. You'll have fun! Can be good for an occasion. The ambience is great because everyone dresses to go with the Barbie theme. I loved looking around and seeing little girls excited and happy! Best part for me was learning how to roller blade.

No way this stuff wasn't pre-made a while ago. Oh yeah, part of a banana and one strawberry. Despite what the waiter said, I could tell everything was pre-made. It's about the same quality as the free "continental breakfast" most cheap hotels offer except at the hotel it's still warm and you get refills on coffee and the waffle is freshly made and hot enough to melt butter. No free refills on coffee here unless you buy their "pour over," and then you get one small refill. The strainer for the coffee was stained and filthy when it was brought out, so they're not using fresh ones or even cleaning thoroughly between uses. GF had a meatless omelet and a smoothie. Her omelet was hot so obviously it was made fresh unlike mine. I told the waiter my food was cold and he swore he saw them "take it out of the oven," but nothing I ordered would be cooked in any over other than a microwave oven. Total bill for two: $60+. This was with a 30% discount on my plate for my food being served cold. Honestly you'll have a better, fresher meal at IHOP or Waffle House or Denny's, for a fraction of the price and you'll get coffee refills.
