Our server continued to be helpful when I asked whether the sauces were mayo based (there was an egg allergy in my party). She went out of her way to speak to the kitchen and ask about them before returning to tell me that the Vera Cruz sauce does not have eggs while the red pepper sauce uses a hollandaise that is made off site, so they cannot verify its exact ingredients.
