When I explained what happened, she laughed and said, "That's why you shouldn't go to people who don't know what they're doing" -- but unfortunately, she didn't know what she was doing either. Instead of helping me, she made my condition much worse. She ended up spreading the issue all over my face. Despite constantly reassuring me that she would help fix it, her methods only caused more damage. She told me not to wash my face with water and instead had me clean it using an eye saline solution meant for contact lenses -- something completely unprofessional and unsafe. Every appointment was painful because she would aggressively pop everything on my face, leaving me with scars and severe skin damage. I trusted her, believing she had the expertise to help, but it became clear she had no real understanding of how to properly treat my skin. After enduring months of pain, emotional distress, and worsening skin, I finally had enough and went to a dermatologist -- something I should have done from the beginning. No one should ever have to go through what I did. She should not be practicing. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FACE TO END UP LIKE MINE!
