I have been super patient with them, they have cancelled my appointment 2 times in a fucking row due to technicians calling off or some bullshit happened. It's unfair to me because I have a very busy schedule as well and for me to call off work twice just to use my Brazilian sugaring groupon, BUT NO ALWAYS FUCKING CANCELLED. I've been sugared twice now by Josie and I'll definitely be back. She is sweet and funny and very good at what she does. Tho she is meticulous, she is efficient. I'm usually outta there in under 20 minutes. I don't have a lot of hair down under tho so my appts generally don't take as long, however I still feel like she checks her work pretty thoroughly. My only reason for docking a star was that today's visit didn't yield me as clean n hair free as the first time. I hate stragglers! BUT, at 39 bucks Josie is the most inexpensive Brazilian I've ever had! Love it! The spa is cute and clean. And there's plenty of parking in the strip mall-ish location. Appts can be somewhat difficult to obtain as they don't answer their phone consistently, or return phone calls. You can however, book online. Definitely my go-to for Brazilians. I went in for a wax, the woman I got made it clear that my hair wasn't long enough, I said I could come back in a few weeks. However, she said it would be fine she could do it. she ended up having to go over the same spots multiple times, my skin was badly irritated and ended up peeling over the next few weeks. I don't remember her name, but she told me she had over 20 years experience and I feel like she shouldn't have let me get a wax. This business is a fraud. I purchased a Groupon for a wax. I called the business to make an appointment. The phone rings but no one answers. According to Yelp, they take walk ins. I just arrived at their location and was shocked to find it closed. There is no sign and they windows are covered in paper. No sign of a business, yet they are stealing people's money on Groupon. Josie left. She was the sole reason why I came to this place. It's honestly nothing without her. Customer service has always been horrible but I endured it because Josie is hands down the best sugaring technician I have ever experienced and I've been all over SoCal. It's very very difficult to find a good sugaring lady. I had asked if they knew where she left and they didn't tell me. Don't EVER get a massage from George!!! I've gotten massages all over the world, at numerous spas, but by far this was the worst. I have never walked out of a massage, this was a first. 1. I like firm massages, but damn, it felt like he was tenderizing me rather than massaging. I told him numerous times to ease up, but he never listened to me. 2. His room was messy, and I felt like I was in a shady bordello. 3. He knocks, but doesn't wait a second before entering, so if you're not quick on covering the naughty bits he may catch a glimpse. As I was leaving I was in the process of putting my shirt back on, he opened the door on me even though I said wait!! And just stood there in the doorway trying to hand me a damn towel to wipe off the oil. All in all, NOT a relaxing experience, and I left feeling more awful than when I first went in. read more

I was overall happy with my service. The Manager Leila was very accommodating, as well as pleased with the products I purchased. Since it's an appointment based spa, it makes sense that it's mandatory to keep appointments locked in. Phhheeew, I love the peacefulness and supporting businesses like this! I would highly recommend Vanity Gym Skin Fitness Spa. It really pays to try something new, I don't usually go for facial treatments or to any skin clinic unless necessary. But having tried the skin facial treatments, i have seen improvements right away. It gave my skin that healthy glow and looking refreshed again. I get a lot of compliments from people. People are surprised to hear that im 49yrs old but looking in my 30's. That's a great compliment!...It shows right there that it works. Im happy about the results of my skin. It's a good way to go cause its facial treatment that is safe and painfree.. So while i was there, i had decided to get a massage, threading and sugar hair removal. Why not get all the services you need in one day, right?,,,since i was already there. The Swedish massage was great!..Very relaxing ambiance! Good and courteous staff. It relieved off my stress on my back and other parts of my body.. Best part of it is that its very affordable. Threading was done excellently the way i wanted it.. It gave me a new look. The place is very clean, peaceful, relaxing, the staff was very nice, but they didn't us the proper sugaring technique. With sugaring you're supposed to apply it in the opposite direction of hair growth so it can sink into the follicle and pull the hair out in the direction of growth. They did it the opposite way, applied in the direction of growth and pulled hair out in the opposite direction of growth, like hard wax. So if you're looking for an actual brazilian sugaring done the proper way, this is not the place. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience. read more
