I had a photo shoot this week, and my electrolysis gal had to go out of town for a family emergency. So, with two days to spare, I turned to Yelp to find a place to get sugared. Scheduling was such a breeze, and despite what it says on Yelp, Janelle does accept credit card via Square payment. I was dropped off at the location, but her suite is super easy to find. You walk all the way down the hall, and it is the last door on the left (Suite E). The room is super clean, and decorated in the most darling way. Janelle's entire being just radiates goodness and kindness--her greeting put me at ease, even though I've been sugared before. If you haven't ever done sugaring, I'd highly recommend it over waxing. The experience is much more enjoyable and relaxing (or as enjoyable as getting hair yanked out can be ). She made sure she nabbed most of the hairs with sugar, and the few remaining ones were plucked with tweezers. I've had bikini/ Brazilian done using regular wax for 20 years with another lady but she retired so I had to search for another person amd so glad I found her! I have to say that I wish this natural sugar product was invented before! I didn't know she was removing the hair and that's how awesome she was.
