They are in a VERY nice "strip mall" with the studio front facing the main road. Parking is not plentiful, but we managed to find 2 spots quickly. We both had appointments with Lindsey & she was so nice! She heard what we wanted & gave us solid styles!! We are so happy!! Wash, style & blow dry for $40 + a generous tip. Lindsay also has an assistant, which is great to have extra hands. The salon is SUPER cute - rustic, charming & everyone seems so friendly. One daughter got only a hair cut which you can see is uneven, when it's dry it looks utterly ridiculous. Next daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and she rushed her through the foiling process telling us she had another client at the same time awesome. After sitting with wet hair for 20 minutes while she did the other girl she resumed. She asked for a V cut and as you can tell by the picture, that is not what she received. Her layers in the front were also uneven. Her color was brassy it looks horrific! When I called on Monday asking if she could fix her, she said she was busy and couldn't do anything other then toss on a toner and send her home with uneven wet hair. This after I came in early to help her out. The owner didn't care anymore then Sarah did and said she rents the space and how she treats people is up to her. Happily we were lucky enough to find a new place to fix her up with a wonderful stylist that spent emense time putting her back together for the first day of school. I did get a refund for one of my daughters hair minus the other ones who I didn't complain about since it was in a French braid and I couldn't tell. Minus tip as well. My daughter cried and was miserable and the owner and Sarah could care less. So disturbing on so many levels

I find this salon thinking it's a salon. I get there and it was hard to find she wasn't clear on instructions when i called, and when i find the place it's just a small room. And it was dirty too. she had stains and things left out, old waxing sticks just sitting with the new ones. I have a bleached undercut and asked her to touch up on my roots because my birthdays this weekend and i want to look good for the beach. she rushes the application like dye is flying it hit me in the face and everything. she also rushed cutting my hair and you can kind of see in the pic how choppy it was. But she curled my hair and that hid everything so i was happy until i got home and my sister and i were going to fix the cut we noticed plenty of problems. you can just see the pictures speak for themselves. i texted her the next day saying id like to talk, she called me and asked for the pics so i sent them. she then called back and said she could fix it then made an appointment for me. then proceeded to blame ME for my hair looking like this. mind you i've been dying my own hair for 7 years and this particular style for 2years and it has NEVER looked like this. i make sure my hair looks good because it's my hair why wouldn't i? I got to the salon and told her i wasn't comfortable with her trying to fix it and that id like a refund on at LEAST the bleach. she told me she didn't see my text or the pictures i sent which is a lie because she called me in regards to it. she tried arguing with me over a refund and tried saying she can't do that but she runs the business so? i was telling her no she didn't even do what i asked, i asked for roots not to lighten the rest. that was her own decision and ignored my roots. i also don't think it was crazy to ask for the 110 back for the bleach job because her website says 65 and up for touch up. i understand the "and up" part but she also tried to fix where my natural hair was growing in and the black on top to try and make it look more natural (i can still see the line in between) so she charged me 110 for the brown, 110 for the bleach, and 52 for the cut. I also have her a 55$ tip. she tried sending me only 60 and i had to tell her no you didn't do what i asked. i also got the FLU after coming here! This whole week i've been opening the store alone and made no contact with anyone but going to her salon. i'm not going to point blame on her because you can get sick from anything but the timing and me not being around anyone leads me to believe i got sick from her. please don't go here it's a waste of money and time. and if you do ask to see her stylist license because how do you even have one if you do this? Its crazy to me she let me walk out like this. Never seen that before in a salon...The cut was so quick and a bit uneven, especially the long curtain bangs I asked for. She did not take her time and go through cutting the hair in layers. Honestly, pay $20 extra and go to a real salon, where they'll take time to wash your hair, and actually cut the hair and not just use a razor. I was disappointed to come home and see how unrefined the hair was and some of my hair was clearly uncut, meaning she only cut the top layer off hair. It was just a basic cut, not salon quality. Definitely come here if you here for a quick some-what cheap cut, but it's definitely not salon quality. I now need to go to another salon for a real fresh cut.

I have been consistent with making and keeping my hair appts. with my stylist. I have learned not to arrive early but exactly on time because my hairstylist is not going to be ready whether it is because she is late arriving or the clients are late. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes past my appt. time but longer than that is inexcusable. Why would a hair stylist schedule to do a baylolage at the same time as a client who just wants to have a trim and blow out? Three times this happened to me with the last being on Saturday. After waiting 20 mins., another staff person washed my hair, which is pretty typical as the staff works together although, I don't usually have to wait 20 mins. as the staff tries to keep everyone on schedule. My stylist was reminded several times that I was waiting. 35 mins. after my scheduled appt. time, my stylist was still working on the baylolage client. I have never been disrespectful to my hairdresser and I always tip between 20 - 25 %. I know that more money is made by a hairdresser with hair dying, baylolage, etc. but at least the stylist could have the decency to schedule a baylolage at a different time. The stylist never has to spend more than 30 - 35 mins. on my hair so at 35 mins. after I arrived, I blew my own hair dry and walked out as I had to be somewhere else on my schedule. I have been going to this stylist for more than 1 1/2 years. Why treat a client this? I won't be returning, too much inconsistency.
