She rip my nails off which not really good for your nail bed and filing them was uncomfortable and It was burning me and even cut me with the drill . The shape of each nails are different and my edges are not that great . Don't want prefect nails but if you gonna charge 45 At least try to make them LOOK like coffin . I stopped by today to get a pedicure from Rose. There was an unknown lady sitting at Paul's station. She asked me, "old Rose or new Rose." The entire staff is new. I didn't recognize anybody. ***STAY AWAY!!! RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!!*** I have never in my life felt so disrespected and discriminated coming to a nail salon! This nail salon was recommended by multiple family members of mine, who spoke so highly of Paul (the owner) that he is an exceptional nail artist. They said he was super sweet and always made sure that you were happy leaving his salon. I was ready to try a new salon so I drove 30 minutes to try this place out. Upon walking in I was barely greeted at the door because the receptionist was too busy making a personal phone call. She stayed on the phone for 20 minutes and just pointed to the paper for me to sign in. After signing in I sat down in the kids play area with my daughter because I was 20 minutes early. About five minutes before my appointment time, Paul walks into the kids play area and asks me what I wanted to do with my nails today. I told him I wanted a full set and he quickly told me that he doesn't have to do my nails but anyone in the salon can work on me. I told him that I personally made an appointment with him because he was recommended to me by my cousins. I even verified that we still have the appointment. I told him that I would like my nails to be just like my cousins nails that he did the day before. He told me that he didn't know who I was talking about and he doesn't remember any of his customers. I continue to wait for five minutes until my appointment time. Paul stopped what he was doing and pointed at me and then pointed out my daughter demanding that I get her away from the nail samples he has at the door. He told me to not let her touch anything and bring her back to me. Paul did not even want me to be there he did not want to work on me and did not care that I left upset. Before leaving I explain to them that the reason I was leaving was because of the disrespect that I felt the moment that I walked into their salon. Horrible customer service! Came here to treat my mother and grandmother for an early mothers day gift. Before going I called to schedule an appointment but I was informed that they only take walk-ins. When we arrived, we were never even acknowledged. No one greeted us or told us to sign in. I took the initiative in asking one of the clerks for an approximate wait time and he said: " not long, about fifteen minutes", and so I told him that I would leave my mother and grandmother to wait for their turn as I took my little brother out to eat. After about 45 minutes my mother told me they had not been attended. At this point I was waiting for a food order at a local restaurant and couldn't pick them up. However, my mother was patient and continued to wait. After about almost 2 hours of waiting I arrive only to see that they were still waiting! At this point my mother and grandmother were too tired to continue waiting, so we left. My biggest issue here was that no one acknowledged us when we arrived, or informed us that the wait time will be lengthy. Otherwise we would have left long ago! These people may do nails well, but the way you treat your customers is as equally as important as the quality of your work! read more

In the past I came here because the quality of work is good nothing spectacular. Yesterday I walked in at 9:04am , sat in a chair at after 10am to be serviced for Acrylic Remove and Full Set Gel buy a new gentleman I've never seen...It took him over 1hr to remove 7 of acrylics....I finally had to tell him to stop, I was bleeding in 2 fingernails because he cut and lifted too close to my cuticle and additional acrylics still needed to be removed. In pain and with some annoyance I got up and said I'd wait for Peter the owner. After waiting about 10minutes Peter comes to me and ask to see my nails, without apology or empathy says he doesn't do removal of acrylics but will do mine this time and I'll have to wait and he walks away.. as he's walking away I asked him twice (thinking he didn't hear me) how long I'd have to wait (since I've been there over 2 hrs) as his employees and customers look on, it became obvious to me he was ignoring me.. I was in disbelief of how he dismissed me and of his carelessness!. I look at my phone it's now 11:48am, without making a scene (because that's not my style) I got up and walked out....my fingers nails are uneven/choppy and are throbbing and in pain. I don't know and really don't care if removing myself from their equation might or might not affect their business. What I do know, is I work hard for my money, and I value myself so I won't put myself in a position where my money, time and health is taken for granted. It felt rushed and not her absolute best when I changed over for my pedicure, the girl was amazing! She was super gentle and have attention to detail. My feet felt amazing but my hands not so much.
