The location is easy to find right off 141 and parking is a breeze in front. They have good hours, open til 630 and even open on weekend. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and her mom- by name since I'd made a arranged time they were expecting us! There was a really nice arrangement of masks while we waited to browse. Some of these were made with beautiful fabrics for formal events and in all the colors you could dream of. My daughter put on the gown for measuring and she was made to feel comfortable (this was her very first experience at a tailor service.) she was complimented on her look as well. The dress was ready in a quick timeframe and absolutely on time for our event. My daughter was pleased with the result- and attention to detail. The hem looks extremely professional. I needed some alterations done and some dry cleaning so I've used this business twice already. I've spent over $200 on dry cleaning and the alterations. Everything appeared to have gone well with my initial alteration requests. I brought in 15 items to be altered due to my height. It took over 5 days to get it done and everything looked pristine and crisp upon picking them up. I recently wore two of the items that were hemmed and washed it at home and the hem has been undone on two pants... I am really disappointed because they're not cheap and all the reviews stated what great quality.. doesn't appear to be the case with the hemming. I've tried to call the number on the phone multiple times to try to give them opportunity to rectify the issue but it seems to be cut off. Second issue is that I picked up some dry cleaning on Thursday of last week and they forgot to give me a dress they apparently rejected... again when I realized the dress was missing I tried to call them and the phone line was once again cut off. I had to drive up there on Friday and they had my dress just hanging behind the register... they weren't even going to call me or notify me that they forgot to give me my dress?!? I do plan on coming up there this week to have them fix the issues of the hemming on my pants because it shouldn't happen after one wash. Final verdict: after going to discuss my issues with them at some point this week I will not return as this has been two Separate issues from two different visits and I expected so much more from a business that has 4.8 stars. For the price, you're not getting quality hemming done here. I am sure you can find better options elsewhere. The dry cleaning itself was standard and like I said everything was crisp upon receiving it but I cannot take my chances in spending money here again. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and that I needed my pants ASAP for a work trip, and they opened the store on Sunday, so that I could come in and help search for them. We ultimately found them, and the cost of hemming them was refunded. They asked me to delete my review, and followed up twice in the hours since I left the shop, which felt a bit pushy. I do appreciate the efforts to resolve and intended to update my review anyway. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the process was still frustrating and stressful.
