I developed a clog in my washer drain over the weekend and had water flood my laundry room floor. I made an appointment on Monday and Vanguard was at my house by Tuesday. The person I spoke to over the phone asked me several questions to better assess what may be involved in my service and gave me an approximate cost amount and an approximate on how long the job would take. He also gave me the name of the service guy who would be working on my issue and later emailed me a conformation for my appointment. When my service guy, Mike Z., arrived I gave him an in-depth overview of what happened with my washer and where the water was coming from. Mike immediately started working and was able to clear the clog in about an hour.
