He was a Hispanic/Latino employee wearing a dark shirt. He seemed bothered and told me only the work shoes were waterproof. That turned out not to be true because I later found shoes in the style I wanted that clearly said "100% waterproof" on the label. I also asked another employee, a younger muscular guy, for help with running shoes and got the same bothered attitude. He even walked away while I was still talking. I came in feeling positive and ready to shop, but left frustrated by the lack of help and poor customer service. The only good thing I can say is that the store does have a huge selection and many different styles. I originally expected to only buy work shoes, but ended up finding running shoes too. Also, they advertise 50% off the second pair, but I was charged full price for both pairs. Maybe there was fine print, but it was not clearly explained and felt misleading. Overall, great selection, but the customer service really needs improvement.

The front sections carries latest designer shoes from platforms to running shoes. The side perimeters display limited handbags, backpacks and socks. I tend to shop here for my running shoes. The staff are always helpful. I stopped by today, as every New Year and Spring Cleaning, to donate shoes. The Soles4Souls program makes every shoe donated count! It's win-win for all.

When you step into a store there's two things you expect off the bat, #2 if the item you're looking for is in stock and #1 at least for me customer service. The dots remind me of those round rainbow sprinkles on Cortadillos. I then got another pair that was blue and had some emojis and accessories on them. They're both really pretty. The employee told me that the birthday discount is better than the student discount. He also brought up that Converse sells Dia De Los Muertos themed shoes in late October on Converse's official website.
