Personally, I'm lazy like the people in WALL-E and really just order everything to be delivered to me like groceries, Doordash, snorkel gear, etc--but I took a leap of faith and hopped by this place. It wasn't as corporate and unfeeling as I thought it would be--which shook me to my core. As I waddled in aimlessly and tried to blend in, this nice fella who I assumed was the manager helped me out and honestly we just vibed. Found out that he really loves the movie Heat (I was wearing the poster as a graphic tee) and I mentioned that he reminded me of Val Kilmer, but nicer. Anyway--he really helped me out and lowkey/highkey I felt like I had my own personal stylist. He turned me on to some nice classic black dress shoes that were frankly a bargain. I was honestly taken aback by his humanity and customer service. He could tell that I looked like I haven't left the house since the pandemic but treated me like I was the King of Spain. I believe his name was Max but he was a kind man and I really felt seen. Anyway, enough mushy stuff--the store is clean and well kept and they seem to run a tight ship. It turns out your feet can change as you age, so I needed to go up a full size and switch to a wider shoe. Gael was incredibly patient, listened to all my questions, and helped me find the right fit, the perfect insoles, and the best type of shoe for my feet so I can keep running--and keep enjoying more desserts. Excellent help at the register with no major issues. The problem is the parking. One it is very crowded right across from the store as it is shares that lot with a busy restaurant. Next parking you have to walk a good distance score you get to the store. Not sure why they changed the location of the store but they did not pick a good place for parking as it was bad.

When I got up to the counter (there was no one else in line) I expected to get through my transaction quickly. However, the young lady behind the counter asked me to wait. She proceeded to work with hangers behind the counter while I, being the only customer in line waited for about 3-5 minutes just watching her organize clothing. Totally bizarre and really unprofessional customer service. I was surprised that the employee made a solo customer in line wait so she could fiddle with a task behind the counter (which she could have easily done after my quick transaction since there was no one else behind me). The manager may need to retrain associates about their priorities on the job. Then this location would be a more likely option for shopping for me.

I continued searching for the items advertised and finally found them toward the back of the section for water related product. Great, and we got a couple of the advertised different models. I was also intrigued by summer wear like I saw advertised. However, I was not really impressed with what I saw. Perhaps another time. At the checkout counter I showed Georgie my emailed 10% discount.
