They can be a bit pricey on regular in store items, but the sales savings equal things put a bit, and the quality and variety is top notch. The only thing holding this back from five stars is the fact that it sits in the busiest part of the beach (for obvious reasons) so parking does not come easy to find or cheap as you either must hike from a nearby housing track track allows parking or use a neighboring lot of meters. When my credit card statement came I was surprised to see I owed $378.73. Upon investigation I saw that the check I paid in person to my local store was credited to an old account. I contacted Loft and they finally credited my payment to the correct account. However they still are charging the same amount plus late fees and interest for a total of $411.95 to my old account. I asked how this will affect my credit and they say I have to take it up with the credit bureaus and "..there is nothing they can do for me right now while this is pending". Customer care did send me a $20 gift card, which was nice but that will not even begin to pay for the damage to my credit or the time this is taking to resolve. I'm in contact with Loft credit card company but as Loft billed an old, seemingly inactive account, my options may be limited. I believe Loft created the problem and they should be willing and able to correct it. Thoroughly disappointed they are not.
