Excellent help at the register with no major issues. The problem is the parking. One it is very crowded right across from the store as it is shares that lot with a busy restaurant. The few times I've had an issue, they took care of it right away. - The prices are reasonable for most items. - The selection is wide. My main criticisms would be that 1) they have limited dressing room space for a department store of their size, and the fitting rooms are usually full of tried-on items, and 2) that employees are required to give you a small sales pitch for the Kohl's credit card each time of purchase. Otherwise, it's usually a great experience. I can regularly find items on sale for my whole family.
