She proceeded to work with hangers behind the counter while I, being the only customer in line waited for about 3-5 minutes just watching her organize clothing. Totally bizarre and really unprofessional customer service. I was surprised that the employee made a solo customer in line wait so she could fiddle with a task behind the counter (which she could have easily done after my quick transaction since there was no one else behind me). The manager may need to retrain associates about their priorities on the job. Then this location would be a more likely option for shopping for me.

My main criticisms would be that 1) they have limited dressing room space for a department store of their size, and the fitting rooms are usually full of tried-on items, and 2) that employees are required to give you a small sales pitch for the Kohl's credit card each time of purchase.
