She was very knowledgeable and informative about the shoe I was wearing and what would be a good comparable and/or similar pair for me. I learned that I was wearing the 860 model in men's wide size. I did not know this until now LOL. After a few tries of different styles of shoes, I ended up with a soon to be discontinued 880 model in women's wide size. They had 2 specials at the time... buy one pair of shoes at regular price and get another pair of shoes for 50% off or 30% off shoes that had a yellow sticker.
