Worst customer service today I actually got screamed at today by employee who refused to give me his name after my face swelled up from there juice this was the second bottle that did it so I went back today asking for a return politely when he switched the story once I finally was able to get him to call someone he even told them I used profanity when I do not use cuss. I am appalled at this experience I was like assaulted verbally I was so upset when I left I was shaking, and no he did not return my juice he also denied making my other juice he just made last week that had to much salt nic in it, it made my lips numb and the bottle is very dark. At first I thought this was going to be a great store because it decorated great and the other guy is very friendly. I'm still shocked!! read more

This is my all around favorite vape store. I live in Los Angeles, but am up in Ventura once or twice a month, and always make sure to stock up on juice when I visit. This place makes their own juice and uses high quality ingredients that other (more expensive) name brand juices tend to cheap out on. Have a juice you love? They can recreate it. Need a new mod? Very cool little shop and friendly staff, but I'm not a fan of their ejuice... got a 30ml of cereal flavor, don't really recall which one because the juice was almost flavorless and had a weird salty taste that I have never experienced (been vaping for about 3 yrs). If I lived local I would probably just go back and tell them I was unhappy, maybe they'd boost the flavor for me, but I was just on vaca from out of town and needed some juice. So now I'm stuck with it, oh well I'll just give it to a friend who will Vape anything lol. read more
