I was a little confused at first by the exterior signage I thought the name of the restaurant was 'I heart Y's" but now ai realize that it says "Ivy's". The staff was super kind and helpful. There is a wonderful message board where the community can write uplifting messages to share. I love that and of course added my own. I had no idea that the restaurant was under new ownership. I don't know if the new owner wants to keep the menu the same for for the old customer base, but I'd love to see the sandwiches elevated a touch. I recently tried the Santa Ana store, but honestly, it's just not the same. This GNC is at a busy plaza next to a credit union ( bank ) and parking is semi-bad. The store is small and clean. The lady working at the counter is nice. The selection has noticeably dropped, and the pricing for GNC-branded products doesn't reflect the quality or value it used to. In fact, it's hard to justify shopping there when the vitamin selection at my local Ralphs or Bristol Farms is broader, better-priced, and more accessible. The GNC reward program has also lost its appeal.

So I am assuming because he did not want to provide me any information he was probably the one that made the mistake.
