Ok, ok, so I don't want this to be another random "review" of another vape-shop from some random schmuck you don't know. I really want this one to count. I sincerely want this to speak to the vaping-newbs trying to get off cigs and to the experienced vape-stas who know what's what. So here's the deal. I haven't had a cig in about 18 months. Like most, I wanted to quit smoking in the worst way. I've been around the world and eye yi yi with patches, gums, etc but couldn't quite get there... then, (viola) enter the E-Cig! Like most cig-to-vape transplants I started with the "cig-a-like," moved up to the Evod-style battery and cheap-o tank... (enter VapeCo) Here's the bottom line. These folks have a real passion for the industry, the business, the hardware, the e-juice, and all the gear. They can wrap kanthal with the best of 'em (shout out to RIP - lol) - heck, even the owner of this family-run biz is "on a board" for the vaping community! Yep, VapeCo is no joke and as "in-it" as it gets. To say the brass at VapeCo is knowledgeable, professional, and personable is like saying the sun is little warm. However I digress; here's where they had me - they took the time to educate and advise on the various battery and mod options by showing me how they worked and what the differences are, allowed their primo juice bar of 150+ flavors to keep me from continuing to support big-tobacco, and wouldn't let me spend my money on something I wasn't ready for. Truth? You can buy mods and juice anywhere in Vegas. I go to VapeCo for the clean, up-scale environment, quality of their products, and their relentless commitment to customer service. Superb vape shop with top of the quality service. Everytime I come to Vapeco, I am greeted and served with top notch professionalism. I've been to other vape shops with cheaper deals but Vapeco's customer service has kept me coming back. Came in today due to a malfunction with my mod; Liz and Rhonda stuck with me through the whole process of contacting the manufacturer regarding the issues despite me buying the mod from another vape store. Had to get a new mod due to issues with the chip in my old mod. Rhonda and Liz not once made me feel like they were forcing me or overselling me products just to get my money, compared to other vape stores I have been to. They gave me options based on my preferences and not only the most 'hot, new, expensive' mod they have. I truly appreciated how Liz, the owner, even gave me the customer service # to call for my old vape mod so the manufacturer can help me with the issue or even send me a new one. It's a simple gesture but it definitely made me feel like they cared. Everytime I come to Vapeco I learn more about vaping and always feel like the employees really listened and helped me. I finally feel educated about vaping !!! The experience i had was amazing ! First, i want to thank Liz for helping me by educating me and truly helping my mother stop smoking cigarettes. I came in there asking for help. I said "all my mom does is smoke cigarettes on the low, and she doesn't like expressing it, i can tell she's a little embarrassed that she does" ronda and Dylan were there to help as well and they all showed me different examples on sizes on how cloudy they get and how vaping can help anybody stop smoking tabaco. Liz was very specific on details on how to take care of it. She made sure she showed me how to set up the coil correctly and how not to burn the coil. They also provide me a juice bottle that will help me get the juice in there faster with out taking too long using the drops. She recommend getting Brewell Tabasco serious 6 because i expressed to her how my mom likes smoking menthol mint. All i have to say is that i am truly excited and happy !!! Still hands down the best shop in Vegas. I stop at this shop weekly, never fail to amaze me on some highest quality juice they carried. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. They sell junk, and tell you it's good. Their customer service was always okay, until I had a problem with what they sold me. I bought a rig from them less than a month ago and it already broke. When I brought it back they told me there is nothing they can do and recommend that I buy another one - the same piece of junk they sold me before. When I went to another shop down the street, they told me they would have just replaced the rig for me and they would have dealt with the manufacturer. This was the only shop I have gone too since I started vaping, I am a loyal customer, and now having been to a real vape shop, I realize how terrible this place is. Their juice selection is tiny, they over charge for the juice, and don't care about their customers. Beware of this place, there are much better shops with better products, pricing, and service. What a awesome place I went in last week and spoke with Dylan he got me hooked up with a nice setup and very well priced I smoked for 11 years and now I am 6 days off cigarettes and feel awesome!! Also I talked with Keanu and Austin who were also very helpful! They are all very patient and nice and the shop is incredibly clean and comfortable to be in. The store was a little hard-to-find since everything else around it is so large, but once you go in it's very modern and inviting. The customer service is over-the-moon here - I believe the fellow we spoke to was named Matt and he was SO helpful, kind and patient as we tried so many flavors. I don't think I've been to a vape store that has as many flavors as this place. They actually get their flavors from different manufacturers, so they do not mix anything in-house. That's one of the small drawbacks, but if you love a flavor they usually come in several options. I picked up the vanilla bean from here and it's simply divine. Not too rich but not too faint, it's great in my SuBox. Another small drawback that I discovered is a lot of the flavors regardless of brand had a very distinct chemical taste. If you have a box mod, flavors intensify so do keep that in mind. read more

I have been vaping for 2 years now and I have been 100% loyal to Sin City Vapor for many reasons. They were good to me, I quit smoking, they went out of their way to meet my needs etc. I didn't care that their shop is a bit of a "pit stop"and not fancy b/c it got the job done. Most importantly, i didn't know or want to know what I was missing in the Vape community...Until now. I use cinnamon bc of the throat hit... I started looking online and realized... there was an entire world of vaping I had NO knowledge of. I have spent and Im not kidding ... over 5K in my Vape accessories...(I've replaced 5 Provaris'). I was looking for some new juice, and turned to YELP for some Vape Shop suggestions. I read a few pages of reviews on yelp...Vapeco had outstanding reviews.. I always turn to yelp... and I'm glad I did... there were only 12 reviews but they were convincing. Vapeco was in reasonable distance from home.. and carried some "elite names" (in juice) amongst bloggers I'd been researching..that other Las Vegas stores did not. so i popped in after work. I read in the reviews how beautiful and classy the store was.. how friendly the staff was.. and how this wasn't your average vape shop. I didn't have much to compare it to.. But it was.. all of those things. I was greeted by Greg the owner...offered coffee, or ice water.. the store was immaculate and modern...but still warm. I sat down at the juice bar, told him my story as we sampled juices. Greg and his staff...took a year of traveling to different cities... popping into different Vape shops...to find out what works, what doesn't, what was a great idea, what is garbage..what products are the best...and brought them to the drawing table to develop Vapeco. They carry a few select lines of juice that you can't buy/are very hard to find in Las Vegas. The products.. are the best of the best.. in every price range... from your starter kits... to your advanced models. The Five Pawn juice, blew my mind. While sitting at the juice bar, Greg and I swapped stories.. as did a guy (Jay i think) who drives all the way from N LV just to come to Vapeco...he said.. "he has 2 friends who OWN shops.. and he still comes here." This store is different, its the best quality at every price point.. which I love... I can buy a 10$ bottle of juice or a 25$ bottle... and know Im getting a "safe product" from the US. Their reward program.. is INCREDIBLE... almost dumb. on your 5th visit to Vapeco... you receive 20% off your purchase.. you can buy whatever you want.. it's not limited to juice, etc. HOLY SHIT.. they want your business, they treat you like family.. and it is one of a kind. I suggest you go in there...check it out.. they opened my eyes... I have been Vaping at 18mg...Greg showed me a drip tank for my Provari with a THROAT HIT so big... i would only need 6mg nicotine. I was greeted right when I walked in and a very informative gentleman named Kevin, I believe, helped me out. I was interested in buying a few juices, so he directed me straight to their "Juice Bar." There were so many! I wanted to try all of them. Kevin was extremely patient with me as I tried several flavors, and he seemed very passionate about each product. I only wanted to buy 2 juices at most, and left with 5! I have a vape that I bought prior, and I wish I would have waited until Vapeco. opened.
