So, apparently it's their policy to rip off their customers by selling them faulty/broken products and then refusing to exchange them or make it right. I will never be back, and I used to be a regular costumer. They've lost $1000s of dollars of revenue because they refused to exchange a $15 vape battery. Do better.

I should have known better at that point. first of all, why are you carrying and continuing to sell a product that has so many issues you need to warn people. I know your return policy is exchange only, but why would I want another one knowing they are prone to defects. I took it home, charged it for exactly 2 hours and then it would not work, it kept giving me the electric short indicator. I was hoping to just return it, I did not use it, I did not put any product in it. I don't want another one of the prone to fault products. You do not have any other dry herb vaporizers available so I can't get a similar product. I just want a refund. they gave me another one, but now I need to waste time charging it and going back and forth to the store. it took your employees and manager 20 minutes to review / examine it. Your manager wasnt rude but they were terse and short with me. as I tried to talk with them they got a weird fake smile and just pointed at the return policy over and over again without saying anything other than this is the return policy. I asked who the owners were or who ran the company so I could lodge my complaint and they refused to tell me. The manager then walked away. I asked what the manager's name was and the other employees just stood there, looked away and wouldn't say anything. I asked 4 times before I got a name. They said her name was xxxxxx, but the receipt for the exchange says the cashier was xxxx if you guys were not warning people about possible failures or if you had a decent alternative for the same price I would be fine with the exchange. but it's obviously an issue with this product line. I was told that if this one shorts and I haven't used it I could then get a refund. I asked for that in writing and they assured me all the cameras had audio. Which indicates to me that returns are possible. I won't be shopping with you ever again and I will be making a similar Yelp and Google comment relating my experience

Although they only have a dozen or so in house strains in rotation, as a result you can count on high a top tier product with a consistency that no others I am aware of can hold a candle to. At 25 dollars an eighth their price to quality ratio probably cant be beat. Definitely check these guys out grab a slice of chem dog D and take a hike through the beautiful western Maine mountains or have a meal at one of bethels many great restaurants.

I'm old and uncool enough to only know the function of about 30% of the stuff in the store but all of it is 100% awesome and 100% no-BS actual art. Most of it made by talented local/regional people. This ain't no grungy dive either. The glass pieces can range in price up to $800 bucks. A MFA exhibit in Boston made me a fan of blown glass art a long time ago. The pieces on display and for sale here are pretty amazing if occasionally incomprehensible. My favorite stuff was made by David Colton but the shop showcases a number of different glass artists. The shop also sells smoking accessories including stuff for vaping, oils and concentrates. It's maybe 80% high-end glass pieces and 20% smoke shop. Very interesting mix and a nice owner to boot.
