this company refused to help me when i did not receive the product i paid for. i sent a complaint to the better business bureau and they did there part in trying to help, but the company did nothing in return. the following was my thanks to the bbb for there help. thank you for helping me with this issue. its obviously a no win situation. the company is not willing to rectify the issue and has now banned me from ordering out of spite. thank you for your time and help. i will not be purchasing from this company anymore. I trusted this company and was a loyal customer for a decade. when vaping second hand companies got greedy and started adding a non gov approved additive to there product "vitamin e acetate" it started killing people. the industry collapsed and vaporfi was bought out by a company that cares about nothing but profit. every attempt to order product from the new owner has ended in me not getting the product. i begged for help and they ignored me blaming the sipping company. i sent a complaint to the bbb and they blocked me from ever ordering again. this company is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, you will get 0 help if anything goes wrong. on my 5th attempt at ordering, i finally got a what i paid for and THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE. the flavor is verry bland and not the high quality product it use to be. i tried several new companies and found https://www.elementvape.com/ to be the new top place to order vaping supplies.... verry fast, no problems, excellent customer service and high quality product... don't waste your hard earned money on this company its not the top tier vender it once was. -this was my last response to vapofi after asking for help the last time. order 901971254 again attempted delivery. no one home. this is a remake of an order i have a pending bbb complaint about. i went ahead and paid for a double order to be shipped to local business for pick up, because i knew you i would never get this reorder. i need to know when the package is coming so someone is home or where i can go to pick it up. please do not send me a reply that blames the shipping company instead of helping me get my product. i will add to the current complaint that again you did nothing in helping me and again just pushed blame on the shipping company. all better business bureau complaints are permanently posted on the business' page. all searches by consumers for your business shows the problem and resolve. i hate doing that but all I've asked for is reasonable help in actually getting the product... when will they attempt next, can i go to them and get it, can they deliver it to a local drop off site like https://goo.gl/maps/GSmmpy62Hs2tH8TY8 my last order and all future orders have been and will be sent here. eliminating this problem... im asking you for help in a reasonable way. please give me the respect as a long term repeat customer by helping and not just blaming someone else. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. This is my 4th vaporfi product this year. The first one broke and was underpowered. I figured it was my fault for being new to vaping. The second one, Rocket, was great. I really liked it but I lost it. When I went to the store they informed me it had been discontinued. So I needed to but The Vice. Less than 3 months later the vice battery was broken. I was informed at the store that The Vice was discontinued. I needed to buy The Rocket 3. I took the new device home. It does not work. I called Vaporfi. I talked to Stoffard, "the only Stoffard here" with no employee number or location. He confirmed my new vape doesn't work. "Yep that isn't how it is supposed to work". He told me to take it back to the store. He can't help me. He didn't try to help me. He said since I bought it at the store there is nothing he can do. I told him I live 2 hours from the store. I just happened to pass it in my way to the airport. Nothing he can do. No manager available. Basically tough luck buddy. The Vice was horrible. It always tasted burned even with a new atomizer. The first vape was very weak. The Rocket was great but discontinued. The Rocket 3 doesn't work. You spend a lot of time repairing these fragile devices. If you think you can quit smoking you must always have spare device and spare parts on-hand. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for a more stable device with better service. The devices are very prone to rolling of the table and breaking. I have wasted over $500 with this company. read more

I can speak from personal experience about my smoking habits and how satiafied i am with Vaporfi's products. Previously i had tried to start vaping to get off cigarettes but i had a very hard time finding an actual device that worked for me. Mine would always break and the battery would go out or the tank would leak. I gave up on vaping for a year until my friends Carmen and Andrew introduced me to Vaporfi. I am so soo happy with every device and modification and e liquid flavor i have purchased there. I also am so passionate about vaporfi because of the incredibly sociable, hospitable, funny, friendly and helpful people that work at the arlington location. I feel compelled to return everytime i have enough money saved to buy my latest add on or mod or to try a new juice flavor. Since i started vaporfi i officially quit smoking cigarettes, i no longer want them when i could be vaping instead. I started out at a 12 nicotibe level and have worked my way down to 6. I tell my friends and my coworkers where i got my vape, and i have a vaporfi bumper sticker. Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable. They are branded with their own hardware however they do have a good warrenty program.
