Being 100% straight forward Is she a good doctor? Yes Will everything go smoothly? Yes Did she correct my keloid from a previous c-section and give me the most unnoticeable scar ever? Yes! And I'm so happy about that However, prepare to wait an hour at every appointment and be seen for 2-3 minutes. Half the time, while waiting in the lobby, you will hear the doctor yelling at the front office workers, very unprofessional. With everything said, I'm thankful my baby is here safely and my wounds recovering well. For that I give 4/5 rating because that matters more to me than waiting. read more

Update since my review! To make things worse. I understand that this doctor is Armenian (referred by my GP) but to think that ALL the patients are Armenian is ridiculous (we do live in the US). My last name is clearly NOT Armenian and while I was there I know I told the front staff and the doctor herself that I don't speak Armenian and still they left me a message on a Friday at 5:10pm regarding my Pap smear results in Armenian (which I didn't understand if it was positive or negative) and when I called back (right away) their office was closed....now I have to wait all weekend to find out the results. read more

Horrible service. This is my third time here. I was waiting in line to check in for my appointment and they totally skipped over me to help another lady. They are bias here, always over looking me to help people of their own race. On top of the front desk service, it is hot in the waiting room. I am pregnant and the last thing I wanna be is hot. Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Dr. Asiryan is not knowledgable of basics with vaccines and what is available, and her assistant is rude. She and her assistant speak Armenian together while doing an invasive procedure on you! So you have no idea what they are saying unless you speak their language, which is inappropriate in any professional setting, and even worse when it comes to your health. Appointments are not honored. How are patients required to have an appointment and the only doctor at center is Dr. Asiryan and can randomly leave on-call for baby deliveries so your appointment time is never guaranteed, which poses a health risk for procedures that you may need, that may not happen at a timely basis since you will need to reschedule and can be a couple of months' wait, and your scheduled time off from work may be a waste. When they collect urine, there is no lid and the urine cups are in a cabinet, together, and no labels for identification. When you call to confirm your appointment, the receptionist says you're confirmed without even asking who you are and when your appointment is. They schedule to do your procedure and perform your procedure before even putting the request in for your insurance to see if you can get approved for it. I asked what happens if it is not approved and the procedure is already done, and the receptionist said it will probably get approved and said, "You have PPO, right?" I said no, I have HMO, and she just said, "oh, don't worry though." Ummm... What the heck? I don't know how Dr. Asyrian and her "practice" stays in business! One of the worst experiences of my life. This doctor has zero empathy for her patients. Every visit feels like she's rushing you out the door--as if your concerns don't matter at all. I went in with clear symptoms, explained my situation, and she didn't bother to listen or order any testing. The result? An infection that could have been prevented. But hey, why actually listen when you can just shuffle patients in and out? The staff is no better--completely disorganized. They double and even triple book, so be prepared to spend hours waiting. I was hoping the reviews were wrong, but I did find what many wrote to be right. I walked in for my appointment, there were about 10 women waiting, in a tiny space the size of your bathroom. Some were standing because there wasn't enough chairs nor space. I waited 45 Minutes to be TOLD sorry, Dr will like to reschedule she has an Emergency C-Section. Parking is very limited too. Oh , two pregnant women had to STAND because none of the other women would give up THEIR seat. I am utterly confused why there were 12 women there waiting before my appointment? Why does she constantly overbook herself? She should get some PA and RNs, so everyone can be seen without waiting more than 15-30 mins. I truly have no idea why a Dr. would overbook herself. As for the girls in the office, I actually found them to be very kind. My recommendation is stop by, sign in, expect a 45-60 minute wait. In those 45-60 minutes just go grab some lunch. She prescribed my medication for HRT but my pharmacy said they're discontinuing that product and it also was not covered by my insurance so I wanted a new prescription of a different HRT product so I called the doctor office at 9 AM Friday to have the doctor prescribe a new medication for me and I never heard back. I'm on my last patch so this is not good. Especially knowing the weekend was coming she should've called. Will update my review again when I call them again on Monday. read more

My appointment was at 3:00 I wasn't seen until 4:18 and she rushed the appointment so it was done at 4:22. (I know because I was texting my mom about how ridiculous the whole thing was so I have time stamps) At this point I'm not sure I even trust the results of my Pap smear I've never had a wellness check take literally three mins. When she left the room she was in such a rush she opened the door before I even had my gown on so I flashed two woman standing outside. I've never waited over an hour for a doctor to see me. Plus the front of staff lady hardly made eye contact and tried to tell me I had a copay even though I told her woman wellness check multiple times. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Extremely disappointed would be an understatement. The worst doctor I have ever experienced. On multiple occasions the staff and doctor herself refused to give me MY medical records which is ILLEGAL. Good luck getting this office to answer a call, their line is always busy and the receptionists are as rude as can be. Every appointment we had to wait 1+ hour, and to top it all off, once you finally get in the room, the doctor is always rushed and never takes the time to explain absolutely anything. Doctor takes personal calls during appointments which is extremely unprofessional. Overall, doctor and staff could not care less about the patients and provide inaccurate information to patients on time sensitive deadlines about ultrasounds. These people should not be in business. As a first time mom, this is the last place you would want to go to seek medical care. The experience is never pleasant and always unnecessarily stressful.
