I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Extremely disappointed would be an understatement. The worst doctor I have ever experienced. On multiple occasions the staff and doctor herself refused to give me MY medical records which is ILLEGAL. Good luck getting this office to answer a call, their line is always busy and the receptionists are as rude as can be. Every appointment we had to wait 1+ hour, and to top it all off, once you finally get in the room, the doctor is always rushed and never takes the time to explain absolutely anything. Doctor takes personal calls during appointments which is extremely unprofessional. Overall, doctor and staff could not care less about the patients and provide inaccurate information to patients on time sensitive deadlines about ultrasounds. These people should not be in business. As a first time mom, this is the last place you would want to go to seek medical care. The experience is never pleasant and always unnecessarily stressful. Save your time and energy and seek care elsewhere, you'd be better off anywhere but here. read more

Going to the gynecologist office is never a fun experience but unfortunately the staff at Dr. Asiryan's office makes it so much worse. Like another patient posted, I also was left waiting unattended for an hour naked in the exam room without anyone coming to check on me not once. It wasn't until I came out and said I was leaving that the doctor came to check on me. The people at the front desk are always abrupt with patients and never save updates on my file that I gave them. If I could give this place 0 stars I will! Beyond unprofessional!! I left the office in tears. It was my second time seeing this doctor and the first time I came I waited an hour in the waiting room and over an hour and a half naked and vulnerable freezing in the room. The doctor came and gave me medication and told me to follow up if it does not work. Anyways came in today for a follow up since the medication did not work. When I entered the waiting room at 2:15 for my appointment it was full of patients and I overheard the staff say she has a scheduled surgery at 4. Anyways, they took me to the room around 2:30 where I had to undress and freeze, but knew I would not wait long since she had a scheduled surgery and patients after me to see. I overheard her going in and out of rooms, new patients coming in and out of rooms, and then I heard her say okay guys Im going to my surgery and forgot I was waiting in the room! I popped my head out and said I have been waiting in this room for over an hour and 15 minutes. She saw multiple patients that came in after me and told me she had to go it was emergency. I myself am a medical professional and I worked in Labor and Delivery, I know how these things work!!!! I asked her if I could have medication because I am so uncomfortable and unable to function! She told me to come in a different day and I explained how I am an NP and work the next 4 days! She just walked away and left. I like Dr. Asiryan she was my OB GYN with my 3rd child. However, I went in today and felt uncomfortable. I called in the morning to confirm my appointment but they didn't inform me that they weren't able to confirm my insurance coverage. When I came in the afternoon they told me that they can't confirm coverage and told me to call my insurance which I think they should have told me when I called in the morning. Then the lady that I was speaking to spoke to her coworker in their language and the other lady laughed which in my opinion is unprofessional. read more

The most wild experience I've ever had with a medical office. I waltz in and there's nine chairs, all completely taken and more people all in the lobby. I check in (granted I'm 5mins late for my appointment time instead of early because I went to the wrong building) and sit down... on my feet on the floor. More people come in. One woman rightfully gets pissed off and she says this is ridiculous and a fire hazard... there's too many people in the tiny lobby. She says she has an appointment time at 10:30... and several other people have appointments at 10:30. Seriously, why are so many people all booked at the exact same time for the exact same doctor? Like 5+ people? I didn't need to wake up early for this. Everyone's waiting cramped together. The entire time I was there from start to finish took 2-2.5hrs (I only spoke to the doctor for like 10mins). The doctor was pleasant and the rest of the staff seemed nice as well. They never seemed rude at all like other reviewers have stated (I don't speak Armenian but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt). This was the only female gyno my insurance offered unfortunately, but I HIGHLY suggest you schedule with another gyno unless you are prepared for and ok with waiting for extended periods of time. Avoid this place unless you have an entire day free for your appointment. Each time I visit this doctor, without fail, I find myself waiting for 1-2 hours before actually being seen. My original appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm last week. However, they called and rescheduled it for the following week due to an emergency, which was understandable. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment on time, the front desk informed me of a 20-minute wait. A slight delay is fine, but by then, the entire waiting room was livid as they had all been waiting well beyond their scheduled times. I patiently waited for 40 minutes past my appointment before inquiring with the front desk about the wait. I was told there were still 3 people ahead of me. Three people? That meant another 40-60 minutes of waiting. Why mislead me about the 20-minute wait? It turns out that myself and 3 others were ALL scheduled for the exact same time. Ignoring the appointment times wasn't the only issue. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and gave my mother and I a lot of attitude. This is unacceptable. This Doctor is for sure very unprofessional. I am having my first baby . This lady did not schedule me an appointment to come back to her office but sent me on my way to another place. After months of not seeing me my insurance reached out to me letting me know she was the doctor to delivery my baby . I had no idea because of how many other places I was sent. When I finally got an appointment in to the office and this process by my insurance could not get this office on the phone to make an appointment. Not only they have a million and 1 patients in the sitting room. The doctor had the nerves to ask me why she hasn't seen me. Because you did not schedule an appointment to see or let me know I'm coming back to your office. As I'm explaining things to her she keeps trying to cut me off as if I don't know what I'm talking about. She should not be in this position if her attitude will continue this way. She also said I need a C-section and I don't. She was telling me as if I have many complications placenta pervia and turns out I do not have this she just trying to make more money for them . I came to Dr Vardui 2 yrs ago and it was the worst experience. I was waiting in the room naked like other clients said and I was about to leave as it took a long time then she finally came. I did tell her I was about to leave and I really wish I did. I only needed a Pap smear. I was in so much pain and screaming. She did not have me sit in the right position or ask me to get closer to the end of the table like all the others obgyn's. She did not care that I'm in pain and screaming. Single handedly worst experience dealing with front office staff (Mary). Needed what seemed to be a simple procedure, and after waiting 5 months due to office staff forgetting to submit requests/authorizations, lack of follow up, losing contact #'s, etc., I'm just planning on waiting to change my insurance and go to a different OBGYN. The customer service is ATROCIOUS and if you require any follow up, please note that you will have to be your own advocate because the office staff will NEVER call you back or take proactive steps to fix any issue that is creating delays in the patient getting medical care. read more

Having to go to a Gyn visit is always a little stressful. Not only because it is such a private thing but most of the time, there is a long wait and the staff is never really pleasant. But not here! The morning before my visit (Jan 30th), I was very busy, dealing with important phone calls so when I saw that I had a double call on phone from a number I didn't recognize, I declined it and didn't listen to the message after wards. After I finished my call, I just rushed to my appointment which was at 1.30pm. I didn't even had time for lunch. The office had slightly changed location since my first appointment last year. They used to share an office with a few doctors and it was a little chaotic but now they have they own office. When I arrived, I was out of breath because I didn't know they had changed location so I was a few minutes late. I was the only patient in the room. When I approached the assistant and I gave my name, she said: "Didn't you receive my message? I called you this morning.The appointment has been canceled because the doctor had to go to surgery for an emergency." Damn it! I thought. It takes weeks to get an appointment with an Obgyn doctor. The assistant kindly propose to me new appointment dates. She could see that I was very disappointed. So, she asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting for a few minutes because she would try to contact surgery and see when the doctor will be finish. I accepted of course and luckily after a few minutes, she told me that the doctor will be back in 20 minutes and that she will still see me. I was thrilled! The second assistant who was as kind as the first one, proposed to walk me to the cafeteria. She was going in that direction. It was great because it gave me an opportunity to finally eat lunch and drink a coffee (so, I was more relaxed.) When I came back, the doctor saw me right away. Everything went smoothly. She did my exam, asked me if I had any questions. I asked her a few and I was on my way. She reminded me that someone from the office will call me about my results. The two assistants said goodbye to me when I left. So, great staff, and great doctor, very empathic! read more

I hate coming on here to give a bad review but Im doing this in case you're scrolling through and unsure. This was one of the worst, most traumatic experiences I had with an ob/gyn. I was referred to her for a colposcopy due to an abnormal Pap smear. Go look up the procedure, it's not a walk in the park. She was rough and acted exactly what another reviewer, Sarah W said: that it didn't hurt too much and to stop being overly sensitive. After what felt like forever, I got off the exam table shaking and crying because of the pain and trauma. Frankly, I want to throw up just thinking about it, so I'll end here. read more

I am so thankful to finally have a great Doctor like Dr. Asiryan. Thanks to her, I finally had answers to what was wrong with me. I went to 2 different Gynecologists and they didn't know what was wrong and didn't bother to run any test, biopsies or anything. Until I found Dr. Asiryan, she ran tests, ultrasounds and biopsies and turned out, I had Endometrial hyperplasia. It was causing heavy bleeding, pain and having the risk of endometrial cancer. We talked about treatment options, she put me on progesterone meds in which they help with the heavy bleeding for 3 months. Eventually i decided to have a hysterectomy. I recently had the surgery in early June 2023 and I was so happy with the outcome. Dr. Asiryan and her team did such a great job with the surgery! I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy with only 3 small incision. After surgery I was worried I would be in severe pain and discomfort with the incisions, but nope! I didn't have any spotting afterwards beside the normal swelling and soreness. I can't wait to heal 100% and get back to my life without pain!! I highly recommend Dr. Asiryan. read more

Honestly I have no idea whats up the the negative reviews. Today was my first visit and I am so happy with everyone who works there starting with the front desk girls and the amazing doctor! I did transfer from another doctor over to Dr.Asiryan and I couldn't be happier. Before visiting this office my first Doctor was horrible. First of all they told me I might have en ectopic pregnancy because my HCG levels are high! When I went for a ultrasound the doctor didn't even bother to come see me!!! After telling me something that horrible. The staff there was so rude and didn't even care about you. I waited for 5 hours to see the doctor at the old office. Doctor.Asiryan is probably the nicest most caring Dr out there! She is AMAZING simply amazing. From the way she talks so calm and sweet to the way she explains everything. She took the time to listen and explain everything. Oh she gave me an appointment for the very next day so do an ultrasound. What other doctor does that?! NOBODY ! From the second I walked in Aza was so sweet, I had some problems with my authorization and Aza again was on top of it calling my insurance trying to get it approved that second. They really care about you at this office and they do their best to make sure you are happy and everything is ok. It was my first time there and I left like I knew them. They are so friendly even my mom was surprised as to why they have negative reviews because those negative reviews are not true at all!
