It took them 3 full days to get back to me radio silence until Thursday afternoon around 4:45 PM. Then, out of nowhere, they demanded a deposit within 15 minutes (had to pay by 5:00 PM that same day) or I'd lose my appointment slot for Friday. I was stuck in rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles no way I could handle that on the spot without risking everything. You make a potential customer wait 3 full days for a response, then hit them with an impossible 15-minute ultimatum during peak traffic hours? That's not customer service; that's pure arrogance. They used the $50 deposit to lose a customer instead of giving time or more options to pay since I waited 3 full days to even be contacted. You don't build long-term value by treating people like this. You make your money from repeat business and referrals, not one rushed sale that alienates everyone. All this did was guarantee I'll never come back and actively pushed me straight to your competitor, which turned out to be a way better experience. He was responsive, professional, no pressure tactics. All anyone has to do is look on Yelp: the guy who is second with 718 five-star reviews is the one to go to. There's a reason you multiple accounts with reviews: the inconsistency shows. One bad interaction like this costs you a customer forever and now a negative review that future people will see. How you treat people matters just as much as (if not more than) the product or service. This experience screamed "we don't value you until you pay," and it backfired spectacularly. I wouldn't choose this brand even if the work was top-tier. Think hard about pushing rushed deposits on people you've barely spoken to, reviews matter, and this one is loud. 1/5 stars. Steer clear if you value basic respect, reasonable communication, and some flexibility after making customers wait days.

My Lexus wheels were damaged from acidic wheel cleaner being used on them at some point, so I made an appointment for wheel painting. Went in on Tuesday, he took his time and went over all options for me, and gave me his recommendation for what would look closest to how the wheels looked from the factory. I went with his recommendation. Wednesday morning he texts me saying it's done. I show up and the car looks amazing. The wheels look as close to factory as possible without having Lexus do it for an arm and a leg (and done in 24 hours!). I couldn't be happier and highly recommend his services. Fair price and quality work. 5 stars.

Lol Then look no further because Metalworks is your go-to stop shop. Not only have I commissioned their work on my Tesla X and BMW X5, but my hubs has also gotten his F150 done too..look for his review! Fausto really hooked it up and provided excellent service. They truly did a durable finish (covering any scratches I accidentally made on my rims), with precision application and long-lasting protection. No one can ever tell that I powder coated them vs buying expensive rims. It was totally worth the value! The power coating also makes the rims sooo easy to wash & clean. The water legit just runs off of it. I 10/10 recommend this tire shop for your dressing needs ~ to give your car the glow up that it deserves. Will definitely come back for my future cars. P.S. He got right to work and when he finished, my wheels honestly looked like new again. You'd never know there was damage there before. Professional, punctual, and great quality work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Disappointing results, poor communication, and a failed warranty…read more I want to start by saying I don't expect perfection. However, I do expect a repair to be comparable to other curb rash repairs I've had in the past. Because my wheel only had a mild case of rash, I decided to try a mobile service this time instead of my usual dedicated wheel shop. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Communication was poor; our first appointment fell through entirely, despite me confirming the time and providing the location via Yelp. When he finally did show up, he tried to charge me more than the agreed-upon price and I had to show him our message history just to verify it. While he managed to get the job done, the actual repair work speaks for itself (see photos). As you can see in the "before" picture, the damage was minimal. In the "after" picture, the original rash was replaced with a rough patch that actually extended to the inner edge; an area that wasn't even damaged initially. Further down the rim, there was a visible dust nib and a glob of paint on a previously perfect section. When I immediately pointed out these flaws, the technician was very dismissive. However, he eventually scheduled me for a touch-up/repaint to address my complaints, but then completely ghosted me. To top it all off, the repair lacked any real durability; despite being promised a one-year warranty against chipping and bubbling, the paint chipped on its own just a few weeks later. I am unsatisfied with this service to say the least. If you want quality results that last, I highly recommend bypassing this mobile service and taking your business to a dedicated wheel repair shop.

How about the Zelle that never happened? There are photos and proof on the google reviews that show you do this to a lot of customers. How about refunding my $600+ purchase since you have my money and the wrong wheel you sent me? How about posting the tracking from the second wheel SA supposedly sent me? Your lies are probably costing you a lot more money than doing the right thing. Go read the google reviews with photos. I would be real careful doing business with this company. It seems it's been lie after lie with them. I finally had to file a complaint with The Attorney General's office. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Santa+Ana+Wheel+-+OEM+RIM+SHOP/@33.8551649,-117.8938506,17z/data=!4m8!3m7!1s0x80dcd66f98ce3461:0x95b15a0558113411!8m2!3d33.8551649!4d-117.8912757!9m1!1b1!16s%2Fg%2F1tjv3tlq?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDQxMi4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D I purchased a front Mercedes AMG wheel on Dec 8th from Santa Ana Wheel on eBay. The wheel they sent me was a different wheel that didn't fit the vehicle. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip. They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.
