Someone took my ring without ever looking up my name, passed it off in their back business office then proceeded to do my annual inspection and cleaning in about 2 minutes and brought my ring out with my very high quality large diamond looking cloudy and lack luster which is not even close to the norm. There was food and drinks on the desks and what seemed like low quality staff present. They had me jot my husband's name and phone number on a piece of paper and stamped my yearly inspection paper.
