Dr. Razavi is the absolute best in his specialty and I'm fortunate to have him caring for me. The front desk still needs plenty of work. This practice deals with life threatening illnesses not common cold. I have had to have my other Drs. call Dr. Razavi directly to get an appointment or to get copies to test results because no one answers the phone. On my last appointment I was in the office 5 minutes before anyone appeared at the front desk other times they are playing on their phone and let you wait until they finish before acknowledging you are standing at the counter. Their responsibility is to greet patients and answer the phone and the Office Manager should make sure this is happening. Many patients give up and find another doctor out of frustration. read more

Dr.Kup is an excellent vascular surgeon . I just had a lower angioplasty concerning circulation in my lower body. My circulation is much better after the surgery. Dr. Kuo made me feel comfortable with his friendly and caring demeanor at my first office appointment. He even called me after surgery the next day on his day off to see how I was doing. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Kuo as a vascular surgeon. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. They are very efficient . Dr. Razavi came to my rescue when I was admitted with leg blood clots. We met early in the morning before my urgent procedure. His team were great following up in post hospital visits. Follow up appointments finally allowed me to officially meet him, thank him and get to know his professionalism. I used to be a patient of Dr. Wu. I dont believe I will be going back to her office. As a doctor she does a good job. Takes care of her patients. THE ISSUE IS HER FRONT STAFF. I was referred here by my nephrologist Dr. Pham. I needed to get a fistula for my arm for my dialysis treatment. The issues began when her office never sent timely bills to my insurance company Anthem. It would take weeks or months for them to bill. Then, her office decided that they would no longer work with Anthem. They never bothered to notify me or let me know her office was no longer part of the Anthem network. So even though they were part of the network when I started there, they ended up not being part of the network. I had seen Dr Wu in April of 2023. They did not send me one single bill until I received a collections notice from E&A Group. The reason I was sent to collections was because my ins co did not pay them for any of my treatments. Because they were OUT OF NETWORK! So on top of not notifying me, they then sent me to collections. I ended up paying E&A Group for the collection amount even though I disagreed since Dr Wu should have notified me that she was out of my network. Now today 9/5/24 they have sent me a new statement showing the same amount I already paid to collections. What? This office is so backwards. And I tried calling 714-560-4490. Answering service. Called main office at 714-598-1194. Not available. So when can someone talk to this office? Apparently never. But they are real quick to send you to collections. I say you look around and find another vascular surgeon. Find an office where they value you as a patient. Not Vascular & Inter Spec. read more

The staff was disappointing--unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. Our experience was especially concerning. At a time when we were deeply worried about our loved ones condition, Dr. Wu's demeanor was indifferent and unempathetic. There was a noticeable lack of communication and support throughout our visit. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had the first part of my varicose veins procedure completed in April but almost 3 months later, nothing (I saw them in April and now it is July). I have called several time and they keep giving me the run around and making excuses. In my experience they are unorganized, understaffed and overwhelmed. Dr. Wu probably spent less than 2 mins with me and did not seem present. As soon as she walked in the exam room she was already trying to leave. In my experience my concern and questions were not answered or heard. I have zero trust in these specialists and would not trust them to do any more procedures on me. read more

Dr. Bhavraj S. Khalsa saved my life! On Nov. 16th 2022, 6 days after my right knee replacement surgery, I experienced a "Massive Pulmonary Embolism". My wife came into the bedroom, found me completely lifeless, not breathing and no discernable pulse. She shook me, which restarted my breathing, and called the paramedics. Was driven to St. Joseph's Hospital emergency room where the nurses and doctors were waiting to treat me. Dr. Khalsa diagnosed my condition, and immediately assembled and a team of experts to assist treating me. He ran catheters from my groin to my lungs, and injected blood thinners into the dozens of clots in my lungs. Had it not been for Dr. Khalsa's quick response and treatment intervention, blood clots could have migrated to my brain. I'm very much indebted to Dr. Khalsa and his Team for quick work to treat my medical condition. Following my treatment, Dr. Khalsa continued to follow up to insure my continuing recovery I highly recommend Dr. Khalsa to anyone needing vascular diagnosis and treatment. read more
