Dr. Xuan-Binh Pham Please read if you are looking for a great surgeon. My father and I had an exceptional positive experience with Dr. Pham and his staff. We went to see Dr. Pham for a second opinion regarding carotid blockage because we had a bad experience with Dr. Torres at Whittier Hospital. Dr. Pham was thorough with his explanation and offer different options on the procedure in addition to the pros and cons. Initially, my father was hesitant on having the procedure done because he didn't quite understand due to language barrier. However after a second consult with Dr. Pham's peer (Dr. Wu) who spoke the language (mandarin), my father was confident in going forward with the procedure with Dr. Pham. On the day of the procedure, we were very nervous due to my father age (89). My father did not respond well to the initial procedure, going through the neck. Dr. Pham came out to the waiting room and advise me the issue and offered some options. I agreed to have another form of procedure done . Dr. Pham was able to work with his team (Dr. Razavi) to have the procedure done right away. What a BLESSING!!!! Needless to say, Dr. Pham was there every step of the way, from the initial consult to post surgery. He popped in the hospital everyday including Sunday. My father's eyes lid up when he sees Dr. Pham, as if his angel has arrived. lol It is a breath of fresh air to have a doctor who cares. Dr. Pham goes out of his way to do whatever it takes to benefit his patient. My father did not feel like he was just another patient, he felt cared for. Our follow-up appointment is coming up. I would highly recommend Dr. Pham to family and friends. I would give more stars if I can, **********. read more

Dr. Wu, is very thorough and quite amazing. She is compassionate and honest, and extremely easy to talk to, and I have great thoughts about her and her care. Just a suggestion a few more seats for those that had to stand. Only problem and I know it's the new world, the waiting time was pretty long. I hope this helps. read more

Their front office is really difficult to deal with. Doctors never received the messages I left, never called back. Scheduling appointment is like pulling teeth. I gave them many chances to be patient friendly but this is the worst run front office in the history of medical teams. DR. Xuan-Binh Pham We were more than pleased with the experience with Dr. Xuan-Binh Pham. He was personable, articulate and took time to explain everything we asked. He was a straight-shooter when asked about the damage that can be done with continued smoking. We learned a new response, "I'll get to that." This was a great response to utilize when people are firing questions at you as we were. Thanks, Dr. Pham. We had the worst experience at this place. My 82 yr. old mom had an appointment for a renal vascular US at 7 am. We got there at 6:58 am and we were the only patients there. She was fasting and was told NOT to take her BP meds. She has very high BP. Hence the reason for the renal vascular US. The technician Victor showed up at 7:05 to get her IDs and for her to fill some paperwork. Then he disappeared. By 7:25 no body came to get her. Then I had to enter the hallway to look for him and to ask for the reason for the delay. He stated that her appointment was at 7:45 am and only reluctantly agreed to do her exam, now 7:30 am. He had a very rude and arrogant attitude. He did a very quick exam. Once finished, he told us to leave and did not offer any assistance with helping my mom getting up from the bed. He never apologized for being late or for any scheduling error caused by their own clinic. We were there on time. I have a text message from them showing that the appointment was at 7 am. Terrible customer service and very poor quality of care. My elderly mom will probably have to repeat the exam somewhere else. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Razavi for about 9 months. So so happy that I'm in a very good hand. Very educated very professional, very kind and knowledgeable. I had 2 surgeries with him and at the hospital the all crew were telling me how good he is. I contacted Dr. Razaivi after getting poor advice from another Dr. about blood clots. He immediately sent me to the emergency dept. at St. Josephs Hospital, where I was immediately admitted. Then he and Dr. Khalsa preformed a surgical procedure to help remove the clots. I then spent 4 days in intensive care (St. Jo's is a great hospital). I truly believe that Dr. Razaivi, and Dr Khalsa saved my life and that I have received the best follow up care available. read more

I don't want to leave even one star!!!!! they never get the phone and never update to patient about authorization. No return call after leave message so many time. What should i do? employee is talking a vacation 2 weeks and nobody is available to back up so patient cannot do anything like check authorization and make appointment for procedure. can you imagine? they has leak employees to cover patients. Everything is toooooo delay. I had to wait one month all the step. Plz go to the other clinic for your health. they needs more more employees!!!! read more

1. Had two appointments on 7/18; an 8am ultrasound w/fasting and a 9:30am with the doctor, the ultrasound was performed timely, but the doctor was not available and was rescheduled without any advanced notice. 2. The rescheduled doctor's appointment on 8/17 at 11:15am, I arrived about 11am. At about 11:40am I was called into the examination room for a blood pressure check and to answer some questions with the nurse.
