After finding this mechanic and reading the reviews, I called him on a Monday morning and he was able to get the car in for a diagnostic that day. I (a 19 year old female) took the car into the shop by myself while my girlfriend was at work. As a woman, it's quite common to have mechanics look and speak to you like you have no clue what you're talking about, and most times try to oversell and/or mislead you in the wrong direction. That was not the case with this shop. I went in and spoke extensively with zach -explaining all the parts that had been replaced, how the issue arose, what steps we had already taken, and I tried my best to relay all the information I knew and was given by my girlfriend (who worked on the jeep herself). Jack spoke to me like an actual human being-not a "dumb girl"-and answered all the questions and comments I had. He also maintained eye contact with me throughout our entire conversation, only typing on the computer when I'd finished speaking. What a green flag!! When discussing what we thought was the next step, he gave me an estimate of what he thought the cost would be. He then said "I'm sure if your girlfriend can do XYZ to her jeep, she can do some of the things we might suggest. I will quote you our pricing but just know that it might be cheaper to do it herself if she has the time"-another GREEN FLAG!! They wound up calling us 4 hours later with a quote-the exact quote he'd given me the day before. They wound up replacing the part and the code cleared. However, Zach called us that night and said that while test driving, another code popped up. It only popped once and he could not get it to come again, but he said "I'd like to keep the car another night and test drive it in the morning because I would hate for you to drive off the lot and get a different code." Again-such a trustworthy mechanic is SO SO hard to find. He easily could've handed her the keys after the first code cleared and sent her along. Sure enough, the new code came up again that morning. He called and said he had the part that needed to be replaced, and it was finished that day for almost half the price of what every other jeep mechanic had quoted her. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone, especially jeep owners. They are kind, professional, quick, and will not try to scam you. It's so rare to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic such as this one!

I told you over and over I didn't want to take you to court because I am not that guy. You lie about the transmission issue. You didn't cover squat or offer the towing out of your pocket or pay for extra oil to be generous. It's because I was direct with you and. It happy and told you I would be reviewing this kind of post. This is why you flipped and started offering me these things because you knew I was going to take you to court. You offered free labor on the transmission as a way to negotiate with me to keep from going to court. I kept record as I said of you and I talking when you offered immediately to have my car towed. I have a completely well recorded and documented list of other things I will not share but in court that show you dropped the ball over and over. No I did not want to pay you money until jobs were completed . I showed pics of how bad my car was when I came to pick it up. The hat is why you had it detailed as you absolutely should. I'm done here and will update after court. I've asked you over and over the last couple weeks for a detailed receipt of charges and repairs and you've yet to give me one. Monday two days before new years guy agreed to be there with part and repair my truck on New Year's Eve. Never showed up nor a not gonna make it due to the holidays messaged me Thursday saying he will work on truck Friday the 2nd. Gave me a time never showed up due to another excuse his truck tire blew. That he was gonna show up later that day after he repaired it. took him 3 hours to fix his own tire. Messaged me saying 6:30 or 7pm he was gonna show up never did once again. Messaged me at 2:41am saying he was helping his dad with an emergency. Could've just texted me when he got the call saying I have an emergency won't make it. I would've understood. But when you don't call nor text and make an excuse and as a business message me at 2:41 in the morning that's fishy I feel scammed at this point. Saturday he showed up after all the pressure I gave him. 2pm started to take my truck apart. Around 6:30 he said I'm tired gonna call it I'll finish Sunday. Sunday came doesn't show up I bitch him out because I got a truck decommissioned at this point and took my core and doesn't want to return it nor my refund. I called police to make a report now this will be taken to court.
