I was told to call his office and when I did, was told he had left on vacation and to contact the Hospital I had been in. When you're really sick and dependant on someone else to help you... it's scary. Dr. Terrazzino made me feel at ease in the hospital, but afterward, not being able to get the prescriptions needed made me feel scared and alone. While I understand being short-staffed can be stressful, I was placed on hold multiple times during the call while Jill repeatedly emphasized that she was working alone and assisting patients in the lobby. Although I tried to remain understanding and patient, the interaction became increasingly unprofessional. When I attempted to explain the reason for my visit regarding pre-operative care, I was told that I needed to drop off my pre-op orders before even being able to schedule an appointment. While I was willing to comply, the process seemed unusual and was not clearly explained. What concerned me most was Jill's demeanor when I politely asked for her name and role at the office for my own reference. She appeared offended and questioned why she was "being interviewed." Her response and overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a prospective patient. Customer service and professionalism are extremely important in healthcare settings, especially for new patients seeking care. Unfortunately, this interaction left such a negative impression that I no longer feel comfortable establishing care at this facility.

During his visit with Dr. Lavi he insisted he get new blood work to confirm his diagnosis yet failed to submit the right order. The office acknowledged their mistake but said the doctor refused to put in the correct order because my husband had been approved to see a podiatrist (for an unrelated issue) so he recommended he have the podiatrist treat him for gout. When I called member service to report him they disclosed the doctor had no notes about gout in his file. He failed to do his job in every way.

Dr. Wong listens carefully to my concerns during visits, and has greatly improved the condition of my health since I first began going to SCV Quality are. His knowledge in primary care is remarkable, and I appreciate that he always considers my specific situations for my care. My lab results have all normalized under his care, and I credit Dr. Wong completely for that. Can't forget the staff. All the staff I have encountered at this facility are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the simplest phone call to request a prescription renewal, or a quick call to update my insurance, each and every member of the team at SCVQC has been a pleasure to deal with. I had to make a new appointment and came back with the appointment card that they gave me for the appointment that they said I did not have. Now strike three, I came in for blood work on my day off today. A week before my appointment like my dr told me to do. They said they couldn't do it because it says on the paperwork to come in April. I told her my appointment was April 3 and this was a week before. Then I ask is the dr in today, she said he comes in at 9:00am (it's 8:45am). Okay I gave her the paper for the bloodwork to give to the dr when he came in. Because I'll be in the area for a couple of hours. I called at 10:20am to see if the dr got the massage. She said she emailed him ( email dr why there in the same office). Called again at12:00pm as I'm leaving the area. Again they said the email him and then I said I'll do it when I have my appointment on April 3. So I fasted for nothing. Then I got a call 1:55pm saying I can do the bloodwork today. Really!!! I'm not in the area anymore and it take them over 4 hours to get back to me when the doctor is a few feet away. WOW I think I'm going to look for new doctor. Very disappointed

I have been a patient at Facey for almost 30 years, but over the past 5-6 years it has become…read morenearly impossible to schedule appointments within a reasonable timeframe. At this point, it's almost laughable! Appointments (especially with any specialists) are now booked four months or more out. I scheduled a first-time consultation with Dr. Sofia Avitia for 12/26/2025. I made this appointment back in September! Then, on Wednesday 11/26 I received a call in the afternoon informing me that the doctor would not be available on 12/26 and that I would need call to reschedule. When I called them back on Monday 12/1 after returning home Thanksgiving vacation, I was told the next available appointment was March 6th!!! Keep in mind, I'm seeking this appointment because I'm having swallowing issues. So after scheduling in September, I now cannot be seen until March, which comes out to reaching a six-month window. This is exactly why I say the scheduling situation has almost become laughable and completely unacceptable. I went ahead and grabbed the March 6 appointment just in case I cannot find another doctor sooner, but given my symptoms, I have no choice but to search for someone who can see me within a reasonable amount of time. Considering the inconvenience, I expected at least some level of priority, but instead I felt like I was treated as if I were calling to make an initial appointment all over again. What is really going on at Facey? It is now almost impossible to make any appointment at a reasonable time. I honestly believe they will soon reach a six month scheduling window, which is crazy.

My wife and I just love them!! I'm 73 and Dr. Dhanda has gotten my A1C way down as well as my Blood Pressure! My wife and I were there today and met a married couple that were about to leave. I said to my wife "look at that nice looking older couple." The woman heard me, turned around and said "Well thank you young man, you are coming to the right doctor, my husband and I have been coming to Dr. Dhanda for many years and I am 96 and my husband is 98. We are doing great because of Dr. Dhanda! We hope to see you again sometime. We need to go now young man because we have a pickleball appointment. WOW, I said to my wife, "That's why we are here".

I was having a slight abdominal discomfort for over 2 years, but Dr Dhanda was more concerned about vaccines.
