Monday morning her staff member contacted us complaining about us trying to reach the vet and then send us a letter saying we were Fired as clients really. You work for us treating our animals not the other way around. And then to get her pills till we see another vet she put them in her mailbox at her office and told us not to come in and wanted her money immediately. I was quoted $63 walked out paying $123.00 I sure got ripped off oh and the stethoscope never left the table never once did he pick them up!

It was like doggy day camp for my dog. They allowed me to take my dog into the back when he was boarded there and the animals stayed in large, spacious kennels. The boarding facilities were impeccably clean. They would also give my dog a bath before I would come pick him up. Our family dearly misses this vet; probably the only thing we miss about Caro.

After I sign in, the receptionists take me out of the waiting area as soon as an exam room is available. You may have to wait a little bit longer but I would much rather pass the time alone in the room with my cat rather than have her carrier be sniffed by dogs. Dr. Brinker and the techs have great bedside manner and really listen to my concerns. I feel confident in the suggestions that she makes for the plan of care and when I had to leave my cat overnight I wasn't worried. That is another service they offer; if you cannot bring your pet at the scheduled appointment time then you can drop them off before you head to work and come pick them up before their office closes. It is not the cheapest vet in the area but the pricing is still reasonable and you really get what you pay for. I've only started coming here 2 months ago but I will happily return as a loyal customer.

I took Arthur into Dr. Reslers office (who brought him in the same day I called) and him and his staff were extremely concerned and did everything they could to help. They prescribed him medicine to help with the seizures instead of just "monitoring" him. Arthur has not had a seizure since then. I also have to mention that they all treated my baby extremely well and he loved them so much!
