Within about an hour, she had been treated, safely recovered from anesthesia, and was ready to come home. That wasn't just a temporary fix either. She went on to live with me for years afterward, and I will always be grateful for what they did. I know there are negative reviews here, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Veterinary medicine involves triage, emergencies, and difficult situations that not everyone sees behind the scenes. When it truly mattered, this team delivered. The doctor is outstanding, and the staff have always treated us with professionalism and compassion. After my experience, I wouldn't trust another veterinarian within 100 miles with my animals. I had to take her Monday March 16th they did bloodwork and they were supposed to do a X-ray but persisted she didn't need a X-ray sent me home with medication to help with throwing up. Wednesday Evening she threw up blood so Thursday back at the vet office to do the X-ray the vet comes in to talk to me saying she ate something like string, ribbon, or it maybe a tap worm. She needed surgery $1500 to $3000 so as anyone would do is want to get a second opinion we wanted X-rays sent to my vet office Lisa the office manager was rude to my daughter on the phone because she wanted the X-rays sent to my vet for a second opinion than she got up went to back room and talked loudly about show we wanted to send X-rays over to another vet office so a vet tech could look them over. heard and recorded everything she is not a nice person. My vet office finally got the X-rays and when they looked them over the called me and told me to get my cat and get her out of there that they are way over charging for a surgery. My vet did everything for free trying to save my daughter cats life. She was packed full of old food in her stomach and small & large intestines where full of fecal matter. My vet got her all flushed out but it was to late she passed away due to going septic. If cobblestone would have done there job My daughters cat would still be here. How we got treated was not right.

Two days later he was still no better so we took him back to the ER vet. After being bumped back by more urgent cases several times we called In The Pink. They were able to give us a same day, in office, appointment. Dr. Torres was wonderful. She did a thorough exam and blood test and said his problems were likely due to an infection. She prescribed a medication to enhance his appetite and an antibiotic. She was very concerned about his not eating and insisted we call the next day to assure her that he had begun eating again. A few hours after being given the appetite enhancer he came to us wanting to eat. We were so happy and were able to give him the antibiotic with food then. The next morning he woke early and was hungry and happy. It was so good to see his tail wagging again. We were happy that we were able to call Dr Torres and let her know he was eating and doing well. We are so thankful for Dr. Torres and the rest of the staff at In The Pink. God Bless Them!

After I sign in, the receptionists take me out of the waiting area as soon as an exam room is available. You may have to wait a little bit longer but I would much rather pass the time alone in the room with my cat rather than have her carrier be sniffed by dogs. Dr. Brinker and the techs have great bedside manner and really listen to my concerns. I feel confident in the suggestions that she makes for the plan of care and when I had to leave my cat overnight I wasn't worried. That is another service they offer; if you cannot bring your pet at the scheduled appointment time then you can drop them off before you head to work and come pick them up before their office closes. It is not the cheapest vet in the area but the pricing is still reasonable and you really get what you pay for. I've only started coming here 2 months ago but I will happily return as a loyal customer.

4th of July weekend we had to bring our 9 year old Aurora in to see Dr. Kevin as an emergency…read more Turnes out our girl was suffering from Keto Acidosis and Diabetes. Dr Kevin called ahead and got us right into the emergency clinic where Aurora had to spend the weekend. When we picked her up Monday morning we were told that Dr Kevin had called throughout the weekend checking on her. Now mind you we had just met him on Friday when we brought Aurora in. Just having him be that invested in the care of our girl was amazing, instead of just being a paycheck. I don't know anyone else who would do that, and being that we just met him! still just blows my mind! Since then we have been back every two weeks working on getting her insulin dosage right. Dr Kevin has been SO supportive and understanding as we get use to our new normal (living with canine diabetes). When we finally got it right, I swear doc was as happy as us and even so proud of us! We live 100 miles away and we will never go anywhere else for the care of our animals!! We feel extremely blessed to have Dr Kevin in our corner!

The Dr. gave her a month but she lasted about 6 weeks. But during this time they gave her medication to keep her comfortable. The care and compassion they showed Albina and us during this rough time was incredible. I highly recommend this hospital, the Dr's and staff are top notch and understand what your pet means to you.
