So far they've came out twice since I signed up for the monthly sprays and it has really cut down on the amount of pests in my yard. They also took down a wasps nest in my shed and sprayed so they wouldn't come back. Included in the monthly package they also spray the inside if you're having a pest issue. The gentleman who came out removed his shoes prior to entering my home which you dont see too often. I could not recommend them enough!

Would address issues and spray/treat home accordingly and very thoroughly. Fast forward this last year we have a new technician and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. No communication at all, says he was at the house and treated but there were bugs everywhere, even saw a rat for the first time, never treated the inside either. I truly believe the technician was half assing his responsibilities and did a horrible job if he even sprayed anything.. brought this up with the company and the response was offering is $10 off our monthly bill. I don't care about $10 I wanted our house to be sprayed/treated the way it's supposed to be. If I was the business owner I would of went out to the home and addressed the situation with the homeowner and would have wanted to see what we were complaining about. None of that happened. Piss poor way to treat a customer of 5 years who has never brought up any other issues than the one just listed.
