The service so far has been great, their technicians are respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable…read more The problem I am facing right now is that their billing/quoting software incorrectly provided me a service agreement starting in June without a payment charge expectation for the month of July and due to the error in the system, they have made the decision not to honor the service agreement and charge me anyways. When I signed the agreement, I was under the assumption the month of July was part of the $250 initial treatment to get an infestation under control, now I understand that all I was being provided was two initial treatments. I will continue to use them for the time being as I prefer supporting local and their technicians are high-quality to my knowledge, but am highly disappointed in the fact they refuse to honor the service agreement they provided me. If they make this right, I will adjust this review, but not until then.

No pictures, no sounds of them in those spaces/. Then they asked to come out for a "free" inspection. The foreman kept calling, but now he said he was the owner, he in the past said the owner was not involve anymore with company!!!!
